High Fantasy, this novel is a great choice for anyone is a fan of action and sword play. Written in the style you would expect, flowy and detailed, this novel didn't stand out from any other sword fighting novel, but for that it was enjoyable.
Need action? Need adventure? Need wars and folks rising through the ranks with sketchy backgrounds? This is a good novel to try out.
Not the best writing, but if you are looking for something written in the style of high fantasy, you will likely enjoy this.
