Pub Date 01 Dec 2018

I am reviewing a Copy of 365 Gifts A Daily Devotional For Women Through Barbour Books and Netgalley:

This devotional encourages us with reminders rooted in James 1:17 “Every good and perfect gift comes from above. We are encouraged to live our lives with a grateful heart for the blessings God has given us.

This book reminds us too not to take the little blessings that in the scheme of things really aren’t that little for granted.

I give 365 Gifts five out of five stars!

Happy Reading!

365 Gifts by Janice Thompson takes you through the calendar year starting with January 1 and encourages you to see everyday moments and gifts. Each day begins with a scripture reading and ends with a prayer so you can apply what you read and meditated on that day. Daily reflection topics included, love, Spring, music, forgiveness, kindness, laughter, rain, and many others. A scripture index is included at the end of the book for your reference.

I love this devotional. It incorporates the many times that the word "gift/gifts" is used in the Bible along with blessings and gifts that we receive from God on a daily basis to create meaningful devotions for women. The devotions can be read in 5-10 minutes. The scripture verse or verses is included with each day's devotion along with a prayer. This has quickly become a favorite devotional for me.
My rating for this book is 5 stars. I highly recommend it to women.
I received a digital version of this book from netgalley and Barbour Publishing in exchange for my honest review. I was not required to write a positive review. All opinions expressed are my own.

An inspiring and encouraging devotional that focuses on the gifts in our lives. I love the “gifts” that are listed In this book. These well-written devotions are short in length, but will give you something to think on as you go through your day. I’m looking forward to using this book beginning in January.

I received a copy of this book from the publisher. All opinions are my own.

A very nice devotion for each day of the year. Each day gives you something to be grateful for, a gift from God.
A short verse from the Bible, a short devotion and a prayer, just the thing to get you going on any day. Easy for a busy mom to read as she hurries about her day or a student, or even a senior citizen. Perfect for a quiet moment. I would keep it as an additional devotion, preferring a longer one as my usual, but this is great and easily read in 5 minutes in its entirety.

*My thanks to the publisher for a copy of this book via Net Galley. The opinion stated here is my own.

This one is a little different from previous devotionals I have seen but I love that it gets right to the point. All you need is 5-10 mins daily to devote to this book.
