I loved how Cam was just at easy with everything and I loved his attitude, “I’m kidding. I can’t wear skinny jeans. My thighs are like tree trunks. I definitely need relaxed fit.” A sick Cam sure is a charming Cam, “you smell good. And you’re nice and soft . I want to cop a feel of your **ts, but I won’t.” His voice sounded drowsy." Cam sure knows how to ruin a sentiment moment, “I promise to always be on your side.” I nodded, my throat tight. “Or on top of you. Or under you.” I liked this book, I fell in love with Cam.

I've received a ARC from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.

If you read it once, you read it twice. The overall premise of the series has been something I read.... Numberous times. Group of friends make a bet that one their own: hot, talented and overall ladies man can make the equally insanely hot girl fall in love with him and then a whirlwind romance ensures.

I'm not saying that this overused story premise wasn't a good read, cause it was and I've very much enjoyed it, but it's not original. Despite that, if you're looking to read a sports romance filled with funny moments and great characters, definitely give this a try. It stood out a little more thentthe similar series I have read in the past and would definitely recommend to fellow readers for a quick read.

Cam is a hockey player who gets into a bet with his teammates to pick up a woman and date her for 2 months without falling in love. Cam is a hit it and quit it kind of guy so, he doesn't believe he'll have a problem with that. He meets Olivia at the bar that very same night and asks her out for a date.
Olivia never dates anyone she meets in a bar but, then again, she's never had an instant attraction to anyone like Cam. She accepts the date and, these dates are cute, funny, sweet and STEAMY! Olivia is not about to get involved with Cam either because, anyone she dates wants her only for her family money.
Funny how the best laid plans never seem to work out, isn't it?
This story is a pleasure to read and steamy, too!!!

Of the few Aces Hockey that I've managed to get via NetGalley, this may be the weaker of the stories. Still good, but the gal with low self-esteem due to being overweight in the past in a family of overachievers with a guy afraid of commitment... been done and really well in many other genres. However, I'm still a sucker for the formula because I loved Cam and Olivia together and was in "No!!! They need to stay together!!!" when it looked like they were gonna end the romance (despite that there's ~70% of the book for us to get to HEA. The wrap-up of this series was really bittersweet. So glad, though, there'll be more hockey stories from Jamieson to look forward. Why is she not a bigger name? My library needs to stock her books stat.

I feel like the last two Aces Hockey novels have been spot on. I really loved Big Stick and I love Game On just as much. I liked the plot for Game On and I like how the relationship between Olivia and Cam developed. The story was engaging and I was rooting for the couple the whole time I was reading. I am sad to see this is the end of the Aces Hockey series, but Game On was for sure one of the best in the series!

This is a really fun and sweet story. Cam and Olivia meet one night at a bar when he is with his hockey buddies. They are all partnered up and he only does short relationships so they bet him he can't get a date with her and that he dates her a few months, he will fall in love. He claims to not do LOVE and so the bet is on.

Olivia is a poor little rich girl. She owns a non profit and would love Cam to be their spokesman but she also doesn't do love as men just want her for her rich daddy. She ends up on a really first date with Cam but he wants another and because she wants him to work with her company she goes again. Their ddates are so fun and sweet I really loved these two together.

I loved how honest they are with each other and when the bet comes out I loved how much fun they have with it and tease Cam's buddies. This is the ending of the series and I am so sorry it is ending. Kudos to the author for writing a really fun hockey series.

4.5 Stars
Game On secured its way into my heart from almost the very beginning with the puking. Yes, you read that right. The puking. It was so close to an experience my now husband while dating that my heart was instantly won. As Cam and Olivia continued to date, I was even more sold. They might not have planned on falling for each other, but they were perfect together.

The only thing I wasn't a big fan of was the big ending between Cam and Olivia. It felt too rushed, but I understand why it was done the way it was since this is the last book in the series.

Overall, this book was such a fun sports romance to read. It was so smart and witty. I really love where Kelly Jamieson has taken this series, and I am sad it's over.

The series couldn’t have been ended any more perfectly than with Cam succumbing to love and a HEA with Olivia. Anyone having followed the series would know just what a Player Cam was and what a momentous occasion it was for his meeting and falling in love. Cam’s true multilayered nature was revealed as Olivia slowly peeled away all his outside noise to discover his true nature beneath.

As it has been with the entire series, the hockey action was edge of your seat, first rate...with clever locker room banter, an engaging dialog that flowed quite quickly and smoothly from beginning to end...I was hooked from the first chapter and didn’t put the book down until the story ended...and quite appropriately I might add. I’m sorry to see the series end, but pleased with how the entire Aces family found their own HEA.

This ARC book was complimentary, provided by the Publisher and NetGalley. I am voluntarily providing my honest review.

I really hope you are keeping up with the series, you don't have to read previous to enjoy, however you will enjoy it more. This is Cam's story and his love interest Olivia. Cam isn't interested and falling in love as all his team mates and friends seem to be doing, he just doesn't understand why they would. So his friends the loving hockey players we love and enjoy made a bet with him and him being the kind that does not like to lose accepts it. The bet well their are 2. get Olivia out on a date and second date her for 2 months, easy peasy he thinks. Olivia is instantly attracted to him but does not really trust the opposite sex since many use her for her connection (her family is super rich) but when she meets Cam she thinks she will go out with him to get him to be the spokes person for her charity. But things are never as easy as we think or they think, the more time spent the more they like each other, but will it be all roses? Well grab a copy and Enjoy!

I loved this book! I thought Cam and Olivia were perfect together, their chemistry was super hot and their personalities were hilarious. I felt that Olivia's feelings about the bet flip flopped a little too quickly for me but it ended up working in the end. I liked how they each had past fears about why neither wanted a relationship but that the book didnt focus so much on it or let it overtake the story. Would definitely recommend this book as well as the whole series!

I'm kind of obsessed with this series and this finale was a sweet little reminder that I haven't actually read every book. I can't wait to go back to the beginning and read about all the couples I've missed because this finale isn't just a delicious romance about a hockey player and the girl he dates on a bet, but it's a beautifully unforgettable farewell to every couple that has found an HEA in this series!

I couldn't stop reading this book. Everything about Cam and Olivia was addictive and romantic and steamy. I seriously could not get enough of them.

Cam is a guy who doesn't take chances. He won't roll the dice on anything he isn't sure he can win. And because of that, he never loses. Olivia, on the other hand, can't catch a break. She knows she can't win in a number of aspects of her life so even though she's reluctant to even try, she continues wearing her heart on her sleeve, even if things don't typically pan out. Of course, this creates a deliciously complicated dynamic between two characters who agree to date under certain conditions.

Kelly Jamieson is my go-to for yummy, sexy sports romances packed with steam and a good dose of angst. This book was especially delicious because Cam is freaking AMAZING. I was so annoyed with him and his womanizing antics in Big Stick but ooooh man did I just adore him in Game On. The affectionate, thoughtful side beneath that noncommittal exterior was just EVERYTHING and I really enjoyed watching him discover all the things he never thought he'd want.

Im sad to see this series end but I'm delighted to go back and discover all the Aces romances I skipped. Game On was sweet and sexy, romantic and fun and it was absolutely the perfect farewell to this unforgettable series.

Game on is the last book in the Aces Hockey series. Cam's story was the right choice for the finale as it brought all the stories full circle and showed that even "players" can fall deeply in love once they let go of their fears. I didn't necessarily love the book as Olivia's backstory seemed to be repeated over and over but ultimately, the book was a sweet, fun, easy read... 4 chilli peppers of hotness. Thanks NetGalley and Loveswept for the ARC!

Loved Cam and Olivia’s story. A unique plot line which drew me in and kept me guessing.
Hotshot pro hockey player Cam Brickley loves women, but relationships, sorry, no can do. That’s where he and his buddy team mates differ, as lately it seems several of them have found a partner to settle down with, and even started family’s. They also have a little fun betting on ridiculous things like eating hot peppers and speed pushups, and they decide it’s impossible for Cam to date the hot girl at the bar for two months and not fall in love with her. Easy say’s Cam, your on.
But Olivia turns out to be a very interesting woman and spending time with her becomes a pleasure and he wants more.
Cam finds himself in his first relationship for several years, and he’s enjoying himself. But the two month date is coming fast, they both have a decision to make.
I liked Olivia, but she had a few hidden insecurities. And Cam, well, he was a bad boy, single, but a bad past romantic experience had taught Cam a lesson and he wasn’t going to get burned again.
A great read, very enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

I like it when someone has an "aha" moment. I can imagine a lightbulb going on over their heads. Olivia was way to easy on Cam. When he first admitted to the bet, she comes up with a scheme to make it so Cam wins. I would have made him sweat a little bit. I really enjoyed Game On.

Brick is very competitive and he is not one to back out from a bet. So, when his teammates bet he can’t date the same girl for 2 months without falling in love, he thinks it will be a piece of cake. He didn’t however count on meeting Olivia. Olivia is the youngest of 3 siblings. I kind of hated her sister and wished she would stand up for herself in front of her, but she is working hard getting her nonprofit organization noticed. She has some serious insecurities due to people trying to use her to get to her family. Spoiler, her family is still friends with her ex-fiancé who cheated on her and just used her to get close to her dad. WTF! If my family did that I would be throwing punches. Great read and even hotter sex scenes. The only thing I didn’t like was I felt there was no resolution for Olivia and her family. Like I would have gone off on them.

It’s everything you want and more. I love sports romance but this one has a little bit more fire in it. It was never slow and kept me on my toes. This series has been one of my favorites.

I received an ARC of Game On By Kelly Jamieson. It’s a hockey romance and I really enjoyed reading it. I love sports romance and enjoy hockey so it was a great fit. The only thing I didn’t care for was some of the chapters dragged on, especially the final one. Overall the book was great. You followed Cam and Olivia on their journey. What started out as a bet to get Olivia to agree to a date and continue to date her for 2 months and not fall in love. Cam was the typical player and agreed eagerly. I really enjoyed reading all the dates Cam and Olivia went on, there was a few laugh out loud moments throughout their early dates and the things that happened on the dates could actually happen to people on dates. Cam is a professional hockey player but unless you're reading about his games it's easy to forget.

Highly recommend this book if your interested in sports romances.

LOVED this book!!! I immediately felt for Olivia, as, I'm sure, most women would, as she felt like the ugly and ungraceful duckling that never measured up to her family's standards. Because her family is wealthy, she's had a history of men feigning interest in her to gain access to her family. When Cam, a hotshot hockey player, approaches her with a series of awkward pickup lines, she expects more of the same.

When Cam had approached Olivia , it was due to a bet made by his teammates, however, once he approached her, he was very interested and wanted to spend some time with her....winning the bet would just be a fun byproduct.

Cam and Olivia had an entertaining relationship that included many dating nightmares that no one would ever want to experience. This made for an engaging story that made me fall in love with the characters and totally engrossed in their tale.

This is a must read for fans of the genre - put it at the top of your TBR list. The author is on my must read authors' list.
