With a pink aesthetic and possibly the most adorable art I've seen in a while, Crazy Plant Lady is a quirky and silly book filled with truths, checklists, charts and just so many other wholesome things, It's something that I just need to put on my bookshelf, and also maybe get for my other plant obsessed friends.

At just over one hundred pages, this book is an easy and laid back read, that could cheer anyone up. I loved every page, though my favourite pages were really the truths about myself, especially the overwatering ones. I would one day love to be a crazy plant lady, and have in the past. I strive for the kind of houses that the different kinds of Crazy Plant Ladies have, and can't wait to see it one day.

Crazy Plant Lady by Isabel Serna makes a wonderful gift for those friends and family in your life with crazy obsessions with their plants. The illustrations worked well with the book. They reminded me of the 1970s with the colors and style. The book also had tidbits that were very interesting. For example in the 19th century the original plant lady was Marianne North. In her honor there is one genus and four species named.

It was a delightful read! I really enjoyed the cute illustrations and I think this would make a fun gift for a real plant lady. It is rather book to look through & laugh every now and then. The depicted struggles & the dreams of every plant lady is very true, at least in my case :)

Crazy Plant Lady was a very cute and entertaining book. The illustrations were well done and the puns and jokes were enjoyable. Crazy Plant Lady was a quick read and definitely hit close to home for this blossoming (ha!) crazy plant lady.

The only thing that I feel could have improved CPL, was if amongst all the cute puns and colorful illustrations, the author had added some basic facts about plants. I think including some tips on growing certain types of plants or facts about how plants improve your home or mental state, would have added a little more depth to the book and made it seem a little less novelty.

This is a cute and funny little book.
It would make a lovely gift for plant lovers.

I was requesting this book with the hope of finding some useful information about plants, as I'm pretty bad at keeping them alive. This book is not a guide, but rather a lovely gift. I would probably buy it for my mom or my grandma, both "crazy" plant ladies. Even though I didn't recieve any tips about plants, the design of the book is gorgeous! It makes me actually want to become a plant lady myself. I loved that there were some facts in the book, but there could have been more.

CRAZY PLANT LADY is that gift you give to the crazy plant lady in your life when you are tired of getting her yet another plant/planter/gardening tool. It's simplistic yet a cutesy gift. I definitely know who I'll be buying one for!

This book is really just a collection of cartoons that read more like posters and motivational messages that are designed to appeal to the female plant hoarder. It is a cute idea, but I really could not relate to it. Somebody who is a gardener or just enjoys that kind of thing would really like this book. U have to disclose that I received a copy of this book from Netgalley for free in return for an honest review.

The illustrations in Crazy Plant Lady are really cute. They portray a diverse cast of characters, and I enjoyed looking the detailed illustrations. But I am really confused to the purpose of this book. It had a lot of plant lady "memes" or different sayings related to plants, along with some facts. I thought that this might be about the joy of owning plants or how to take care of them, but it was just kind of confusing to read. If you are really into plants, you might enjoy this, but I think this would be better as an instagram feed.

Definitely a great book for a gift. A little lackluster with words but well illustrated and colorful.

A sweet little gift book for the crazy plant lady in your life, or for yourself- as a former crazy plant lady who may or may not be looking to get back to her roots (see what I did there?), I wouldn't mind having this myself. The illustrations are super cute and colorful. The crazy plant lady in your life would love this, along with a nursery gift card!

A so-so collection of cartoons, flow diagrams and similar things, all designed to appeal to the female plant hoarder. The only thing is that a lot of it is blank, and a great amount of it is hardly a cartoon – it reads more like a selection of cut-out-and-keep self-justifying posters and motivational messages. As a result a lot of it reads like being in a plant-themed gift/card shop. Which is not my idea of fun. And I'd call this out if it shared any more content with the similar book about Crazy Cat Ladies, for they're completely interchangeable at times.

This is a fun gift book with beautiful illustrations and colours. It isn't very text heavy and mainly features puns and mottos. I'd recommend it as a gift for any lady or similar who likes plants.

This book is full of absolutely gorgeous illustrations and funny jokes, I really enjoyed it.

I think if I was to have one criticism of Crazy Plant Lady is that it feels like some of the jokes are a bit repetitive or not quite that funny, to be fair there are only so many jokes one can make about plants....

Despite this small niggle I know at least 3 people I can buy this for as they are indeed crazy plant people and they would really appreciate this. I think even if people aren't crazy plant ladies, if they are a millennial they will at least get the joke too and it's a pretty book to have lying around the house. I am totally a Violet when it comes to plants!

Cute book, but not as entertaining as the Crazy Cat Lady book. I love plants but I guess I just can't identify. It would make a nice gift for a real crazy plant lady.

This book really made me smile, love the colour and the many designs. Yes I am a crazy plant lady and this book was just glorious, and maybe I could just be happy with the lovely plant designs in this book.

This is a really cute little book (You can read this book in 5 minutes) filled with vibrant pictures and little sayings and factoids about plants. I guess I am a crazy plant lady! So needless to say, I was able to appreciate this book a lot! Especially helpful was the "Should I get this plant" flow chart. I loved how everything led to "GET THE PLANT!" Ha! This book would make a cute gift.

Light on text but humorous, this is a fast read that would make a great gift for someone who self-identifies as a plant lady. Come for the plant puns, stay for the vibrant and cute illustrations.

I might have enjoyed this book more if I were truly a crazy plant lady, but I'm more of a crazy cat lady, and one illustration said "Plant lady is the new cat lady," a sentiment with which I strongly disagree. The book seemed more repetitive than the cat lady volume. The illustrations are nice, and it's a gift book I'm sure plant ladies will enjoy.
