Who can resist a book that starts with mystery guest that cannot recall her own name?! Dun-dundun... We have to know why! Yep, this was a page turner for me. Very twisty thrilling fun ride!

This was good. A woman arrives at a train station (somewhere in the UK) without her bag and realizes when she goes to report it that she can't remember her own name. She finds herself at a house she finds familiar and talks her way inside. While they all try to figure out who she is, several story lines emerge. It's entertaining. It's kind of a mystery/thriller.

Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for this ARC in return for an honest review.

I really enjoyed this book! It was dark, twisty and just when you think its over you realise it is far from it.

When "Jenna" suddenly turns up at a house in the village with no personal items and no recollection of who she is, investigations start. What follows is a great story of intrigue!!

Definitely recommend !

Just when you think that you know where the story is heading it shoots off in a different direction!

I am sorry for not reviewing fully but I don’t have the time to read this at the moment. I believe that it wouldn't benefit you as a publisher or your book if I only skimmed it and wrote a rushed review. Again, I am sorry for not fully reviewing!

Thank you netgalley, the publisher and author.
This book just was not for me, did not keep me interested.
Once I put it down I struggled to pick it up again.

This book went all over the place from the beginning, and I just feel like, even after several tries, that I couldn't get into it.

Unfortunately this book just wasn't for me. I really struggled to connect with the storyline and felt it went off tangent too much.

I’ve tried multiple times to get into this one and it just isn’t for me. I’m going to DNF it, therefore I’m not posting it online or giving it a rating. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to read and review this book for you!

There is something about a book set in England that appeals to me. Then fill it with unreliable characters and memory loss I'm sold! The book started out so very captivating, but the middle was more of a slow burn. I did enjoy figuring everything out along with the main character.

I love a good book with an unreliable character and this book is exactly that and I loved it. Who can you believe? Is the main character to be believed and trusted? A wonderful novel that I enjoyed to the end and recommend.

Great book! Couldn’t wait to read it, and it didn’t disappoint! Grabbed my attention within the first two chapters, and then I didn’t want to put it down. Excellent character development - I think that every reader will find a character to whom they relate. I enjoy books where there is character development, and then also a surprise, and this book provided both! Looking forward to reading more from this author!

3.5
A stranger shows up on Tony's doorstep and he's willing to put her up and throw away his marriage for her. But why?
Unraveling the mystery of the stranger shifts the focus of the entire story to Tony and the village he lives in. The two have to be connected somehow.

This one felt slow and irrelevant at first. Parts of it I wasn't so sure about. But as the story went on and you learned more about Tony's life and his secrets, everything began to make sense. It's easy to figure out the big parts of the story, it's the details that are harder to put together. I really enjoyed this book. It was a quick read and had my heart pumping most of the time!

Thanks Netgalley for my copy!

Memory loss has always been something that intrigued me. Stories about it, especially amnesia, are always something I enjoy. There is something about the character finding out the twists at the same time as the reader that makes it even more intriguing.

I went through a rollercoaster of emotions with this book. In the first part of the book, and woman with no memories of the day before shows up on the doorstep of a couple. While she doesn’t know her name, or why she is there, she knows the layout of the home. The couple invite her in with open arms.. this part felt far fetched for me, but maybe I am the weird one!

The story had all kinds of twists that kept me entertained throughout. I would definitely suggest this book!

I received an ARC from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review

I was so excited for this one and I wish so much that I loved reading it but i am so sorry that it just fell flat for me. I was annoyed by all the characters and the flow of the book just seemed off to me.
i wish the author much success.

The Last Thing She Remembers is a fascinating story about a woman who suffers from stress-induced insomnia. It raised several questions of how I would react if I suffered from amnesia. I found this to be a very interesting story.

I really enjoyed this book. It got me out of a huge reading slump that I was in and gave me faith in the thriller genre once again.

I love these cosy thrillers, I was kept guessing the whole way through and was genuinely surprised in more than one part.

I will definitely read more by this author and also recommend to my thriller loving friends

Amnesia stories often have similar plots, but this book was different and original. It captivated me throughout, following the main character, who is suffering from stress-induced amnesia, as she tries to get control of her life.
Her arrival in a village that she seems drawn to, maybe because she lived there once, causes concern to the villagers. She only has one clue of her past life, her return train ticket.
Well paced book, easy to read, and mysterious enough to want to know what happened. Telling the story from different perspectives added to the intrigue.
