4.5 Stars!

Catching The CEO by Victoria Davies is an entertaining novel. This is the fourth book I have read by Ms. Davies, and I will continue to seek out her new offerings. If you are looking for a standalone romance with a well-defined couple, a corporate setting, and sexy love scenes, then this romance is for you.

Caitlyn Brooks and Damien Reid are both CEOs of pharmaceutical companies. They are rivals and fierce competitors in the industry. When they end up attending the same out of town conference, the years of smoldering chemistry between them develops into an amazing night of passion. It is impossible for them to stay away from each other once they return to their hectic lives in Boston, so they evolve their one night stand into much more. An unscrupulous move by Damien's selfish mother almost ends their relationship and Caitlyn's company, however, their love is able to withstand it all.

This is a well-written book, and Caitlyn and Damien are complex, interesting and fun. Their professional competitiveness is quite absorbing and their love for each other is replete with longing. If you enjoy a story with a lot energy and passion, then this novel is for you.

This is a quick, fun, sexy read with great characters and a nice easy pace to the story. Caitlyn and Damien head up rival companies and they each find the other infuriating. That is until they spend a little time together at a conference and discover the attraction between them far outweighs any business annoyance. Is it possible to share a bedroom while running opposing boardrooms? These two are about to find out! I definitely recommend this relaxing read.

Caitlyn Brooks is at an annual conference in New York to attend workshops and see old friends. When she runs into Damien Reed, her nemesis, she’s upset for two reasons. First, he wants to buy out her pharmaceutical company. Second, he makes her hot and bothered. Her company was started by her parents, and now that her father has cancer, she needs to continue the legacy.
Damien needs Caitlyn’s company before they come up with a cancer drug that he knows she’s working on. The problem is she’s not only a rival but he is extremely attracted to her. Getting together after their seminars for dinner and drinks, wasn’t in the plans. However, Caitlyn found that Damien is totally different than the person he portrays.
After their one night of sex, that was explosive, both decide this is a one time deal. That sounded great, except neither one can stop thinking about the other. When Damien shows up at her front door, one more night turns into two, three and then weeks. Are they in a relationship? The one thing they both agree on, that their companies will not be involved. However, their feelings run deep now. What happens now?!
This is my first book by this author and I know it won’t be my last.

Catching the CEO we a great read. If you are looking for a well written, easy read with a loveable female and hot and equally hot male here's the book for you.

When these two CEOs meet up at a conference their years of being competitive rivals is in full force. Damien is quick you tease and taunt Caitlyn like a high schooler with a crush. Caitlin is quickly annoyed she sharp tongued back to Damien just as a teenager dodging the pesky boy annoying her.

Walls aren't the only things these two let fall, good sense and clothes bite the dust us well. Now they are headed home from the conference, biter rivals and secret one-time lovers.

Time apart but in the same city soon becomes too much for either to bare. But is giving in to the unrelenting temptation in their best interest or the companies? The entanglements that these two face when balancing rival companies and a secret affair are tough to handle. Family aren't the only ones who won't approve when you have a board of directors breathing down your neck.

*I got this book from netgalley for my honest opinion**

I really loved this book. It was just what I was looking for. Hate to love romance between two powerhouses. The love interest didnt overpower the main female which was awesome. She was powerful on her own. The writing was done well, in my opinion, and the story flowed. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Caitlyn and Damien were so much fun. I loved the storyline, and I loved them even more. I wanted to punch someone near the end, but it wasn’t either of the main characters. Just a really good book!

Caitlyn and Damien are both CEOs of pharmaceutical businesses. Like Romeo and Juliet, their families can't abide one another, and yet there is a definite attraction between them. Can they have any kind of relationship when they are adversaries in business? Victoria Davies has writen a fast-paced delightfully romantic romp in Catching the CEO. Whethrr on the beach or relaxing fireside, you don't want to miss this book!
Thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for the opportunity to read this Arc in return for an honest review.

This story was adorable and hardcore all in one. The sweetness was so overwhelming sometimes I wanted to puke. Kind of like when I watch those sitcoms and the guys are super adorable. Just like that. Except....in CTC, both Caitlyn and Damien were each a badass in their own right. Caitlyn wasn't going to let anyone treat her like a welcome mat. She was CEO and she earned it. Caitlyn might have gotten that position because of her father but there was no question over whether or not she deserved it.
Damien was another CEO that was super efficient in his job. Same as Caitlyn, just because his father gave him the job didn't mean he didn't know how to do it.
CATCHING THE CEO was tricky, though. At first going into this story I thought Caitlyn was going to be trying to catch Damien. When in fact the opposite is true. This role reversal was really well written. Victoria Davies didn't make Caitlyn a hardass that wasn't soft or feminine at all. On the contrary, Caitlyn was very feminine and soft and "in tune with her feelings" as most females are. Damien could have easily been a wishy washy malleable man but he wasn't. He knew what he wanted and he wasn't afraid to go after it, or her. Neither one of them had a terrible moment where a reader might say that it sounded sort of dickish or like a bitch or anything like that. Neither one was jealous. Neither one was possessive. Neither one wanted to limit the other.
In fact, Damien and Caitlyn wanted the other to succeed. And that made all the difference in this story. Because they wanted to succeed, neither one was willing to hold the other back.
And I loved it.

Catching the CEO is a fun, light read with a hero and heroine that are both CEO’s of rival companies. They love seeing how far they both can push one another and see who can sink under the skin first.

It starts with a out-of-town conference with sexual tension but this time both give in to their attraction to each other, each one promising it is only for one night. Somehow one night doesn’t end and days become months. When one of the finds out that something could damage the others company.

Can this last or will it be the end?

I love a book that doesn’t just tell it shows. The intense banter between the two is great. The chemistry is just right. As I said it’s a quick enjoyable read for enemies to lovers, which is my favorite trope.

I received the ARC in exchange for an honest review. Thank you to the author, Netgalley and the publisher.

Catching the CEO was an enjoyable story. That had little angst and was sweet, entertaining, and easy to read. It also had likable characters and it kept me engaged throughout. And as a new author to me, I would certainly read more from Victoria Davies in the future.

I absolutely loved everything about this book. It captured me from the beginning and held my attention until the end. I didn't want to put it down. I really want Spencer to get a book and find his HEA. I would highly recommend this author and can't wait to read more.

Catching the CEO by Victoria Davies was a nice read that had a good pace. Davies gives us some enjoyable characters of the adversarial-turned-lovers kind and kick it up a notch with a lil sexy heat making this a quick and fun read.

Really cute office romance, kinda...rivals of competing pharmaceutical companies find common ground at a conference. Well, common ground being their attraction.

This was a fun, quick read. Damien and Caitlyn are both CEO’s of their own companies, rivals from the very beginning. Of course, they love to push each other’s buttons and get under each other’s skin so when they are out of their home town of Boston for a conference, they both let into the attraction and give into the sexual tension brewing.
Just one night. One night to get it out of their system, however, it is never just one night. One-night leads to another and another and soon months have passed, and they are spending all their time together. They never talk about work, until Damien finds out some news that is damaging to Caitlyn’s company. Will their relationship be able to survive?
I loved the banter between these two. It was entertaining throughout the story. Their chemistry was one and off for me. At times I felt that it was super strong and other times throughout the story I felt that it was just a small flame. Overall, I did enjoy this book and I have enjoyed other books I’ve read by the author as well. For anyone who loves a fun, quick office/enemies romance this is one to check out.

An entertaining enemies to lovers book! I really enjoyed that these two were equals-both CEOs of successful companies. Of course that proved to be a stumbling block on their burgeoning romance. I enjoyed their transformation from both business and personal enemies to finally giving in to their feelings. I recommend this fun read!

Caitlyn and Damien are both CEO's of rival companies. When they bump into each other at a conference sparks begin to fly. Feelings that they both had for each other comes to the surface.
This book is easy to read and enjoyable. Damien has a lot of personal walls put up, Caitlyn challenges him in different ways, slowly bringing those walls down. Its not a very exciting book but that's okay. It's a book you'd read in a few hours and it'll make you smile.

3.5 stars. This light, enjoyable read was a good escape for a few hours. I thought the chemistry between Caitlyn and Damien was good, and although I felt their connection with each other, I didn't connect with either of them too much. This may be my own issue, though. I have been reading a series told in first-person dual POV, so switching to the third-person POV in this book (even though it's well done and we know what both characters are thinking) may have created the distance for me. Still, I'm glad I read this one. I enjoy Ms. Davies' writing.

Thank you to NetGalley and Entangled Publishing for providing an ARC for review.
