Loved this book!!! Lily is a young debutante that is secretly the author of the titillating newspaper column "The Debutante's Revenge." When she's involved in an incident that causes her to lose her memory, she has no idea who she is. Nash, a duke, takes her into her home to take care of her. As she convalesces, Lily and Nash begin an unusual and improper relationship.

I thoroughly enjoyed this story and loved the interactions between Lily and Nash. Lily is delightful as she struggles to regain her memories, while somehow still staying true to who she is. Nash is the swoon-worthy duke whose heart is still broken by the loss of his father and twin sister. I was charmed by their tale and found myself turning pages just as quickly as possible.

If you enjoy the genre, you will love this book. The author is on my must read authors' list.

First of all, that title. Swoon! I love it. Anyway, this was a great historical novel dealing with Lily and Nash and their love story! It has a whole lot of catnip like Amnesia and brothels and I thought it was just great. Thank you to netgalley for the ARC!

I loved this story so much. Lily is a heiress but she is the adopted daughter of a Duke. No one knows who her parents are but the Duke and his wife loved her. Her calling is to help other girls and so she and her sister write a column discussing love in London with other Debutantes.

One night she goes to deliver her column she is attacked and loses her memory and Nash saves her and takes her home so his dr can check her over. With no memory she stays with him and his sister and get to know each other. That also leads to lots of romance and yes sex at times though with no memory they don't have a future.

I really enjoyed this story but I felt it was extremely unrealistic. Women in that time period did not go out without someone whether that was a maid or a driver. Nor could they disapear for days and no one notice. Then Lily has sex and she was a virgin and its this very causal thing for both of them. They they do it over and over and its still very casual. It just felt very unrealistic of the times. Added to that Lily even ends up traveling with Nash and its not this big deal either.

That said I did like the characters and I did enjoy the story ALOT. I just felt taht the sex and casualness of it was very unrealistic.

Lily is the secret author of the Debutante’s Revenge, a weekly advice column. After delivering her column, she takes refuge from the rain in The Grey Goose. Realizing she needs to leave, some ruffians block her path. Nash comes to the rescue but in the effort, Lily hits her head and is knocked out cold. Nash takes her home and when she wakes, she has no memory of who she is. And then the adventure begins for Lily to discover her true self. Along the way, she befriends Nash’s sister, Delilah, and falls in love,
A delightful story with some twists and turns and surprises.
I received an ARC of this book.
