I could not finish this book I read much of the first surd of the book. I found it rather Light reading compared to my normal level and depths of reading. I study advaita vedanta and blog on it. Although the book is Well written it lacks depth and therefore it just doesn't keep me interested. Someone with a lower level of understanding of realization and Enlightenment might find this work somewhat intriguing. People are different some people see councils of Elders, some people see Jesus or Muhammad or God himself. It all depends on what your beliefs are and therefore what you would relate to in the afterlife. I don't believe one needs to know the purpose by doing lbl. If one simply surrenders completely to God, or the absolute, or whatever you call that which is, that is all that is required. The lesson is embedded in your life whether you realize it or not. Complete surrender simply opens up the path that is here without having o do lbl sessions.

I really wanted to love this book but I sadly could not. The author truly believes that love is all that is need in this world. But he talk about spending hundreds of dollars on hypnosis. If the every day person had money to throw away like that and not worry where their next meal was coming from or if they can afford the roof they need for their house it would be easy to love everything. But his book states that these are small issue in the scheme of things and loving everyone is important. I am not disagreeing that everyone deserves to be treated with care and respect but I have never met anyone that loves everyone.
