Paul V, Reviewer
When I saw the title, thought I was going to read about the 3 Principles developed by Sid Banks (Look it up if you're not familiar -- It's brilliant). But this book is not related. Kudos to the author for taking on these deep Buddhist topics and connecting some science with them. I liked this for the most part, and learned (or was reminded) of some helpful ideas. I first 25% was somewhat interesting but not very helpful for understanding the rest of the book. I've read other books on Buddism and didn't connect with this one as much some others. There's huge chunk devoted to questions/letters that the author answers, which cover a large range of topics. The author is obviously brilliant, and at times left me wanting more. I may check out his other work. 3.5 stars. I really appreciate the advanced copy for review!!
