As a business analyst I found this useful as a refresher but it is more suited to someone thinking about starting their career as a business analyst and I can see that it would be really helpful as it outlines industry standard tools and covers different techniques and also has some helpful templates.

This is a good book for someone who is interested in going into Business Analysis as a career, and knows very little about it. If you are a seasoned IT professional though, you won't find any new information in this book or any practical examples of how to improve your documentation.
