Adi, a Muslim orphan, receives an art scholarship to study in Australia. He assimilates with the help of friends and mentors, but the changes in his lifestyle bring complications to his life.

I don’t think reading this in a reading slump was good for me but I did enjoy the book and the story itself. It felt very real and I really enjoyed the perspective it gave.
