I struggled with the cover of this book - it felt more self help than fiction and that set the tone for me I'm afraid, and I didn't connect with the characters despite some interesting storylines.

I enjoyed this story of three friends as they experienced life from their high school senior year to college to early adulthood. Each friend has a different personality, life experiences, and (in my opinion) closeness with one another.

At first it was tough to keep up the going from the present to the past and keeping up with names and their storyline. By the time they were in college, I pretty much memorized who was who and their story. This is one I'll have to read again and then the next book about the three friends.

Definitely wasn’t the biggest fan of this one...,it felt all over the place which was disappointing. I absolutely commend the focus on strong friendships, that’s always a win in my book! Especially ten years strong because that’s rare these days. However the editing and errors made it hard for me to root for and I expected a good ending which I didn’t receive. I definitely would like to try another book written by this author though.

It was interesting up til around 30%, then it went down. The book felt very long and sometimes just meh and confusing, i read on and hoped it would pick up. But for me it didn't, i didn't connect or like any of the characters either.

This book had lots going on. It was well written but I felt lost at times. I was also perplexed by the bold print throughout, even in a galley. The author gave insight into the characters that would have been more compelling with fewer.

This book caught my eye because the synopsis was very compelling. But once I started reading, I was very disappointed. It wasn’t that I didn’t like the storyline, because I did. It had some interesting storylines. The best one being between Thomasine, Rachel and Hope and their sisterhood. This sisterhood element was the most readable part of the book.

This book was hard to read because I struggled to keep the many characters straight. I wasn’t fond of how the book ended. It just ENDED. I know that there is a second book and I will read that, for no other reason that I hope that it will answer some of the questions I was left with after reading this one.

Thanks to NetGalley for giving me the opportunity to read and review this book.

Ok read. At times it was hard to keep up with but overall a good read. I will be reading the sequel to this book as I would like to read more about the main characters. Thanks to Netgalley, the author and the publisher for the arc of this book in return for my honest review. Receiving the book in this manner had no bearing on my review.

Great read. The author wrote a story that was interesting and moved at a pace that kept me engaged. The characters were easy to invest in.
