This is a sweet and moving tale of two grieving souls who find each other. Their meeting is a little commical with neither one backing down. I loved Julian and Keaton with everything they brought out in each other. Their story brought some tears to my eyes, and I was glad to read about Julian.

Let me preface this review with the statement that I've read some incredible books in the last several months thanks to NetGalley and various ARC teams. Some made me laugh, some had me sitting on the edge of my seat holding my breath, some blew my mind and all of them were 5-star reads. Having said that, none of them came close to giving me the "feels" that this book did, nor did any of them make me cry buckets of tears like this book did. Wow, what a tremendously emotional read! If you've read the first book in this series, Stealing Her, you know that Finding Him is Julian's story and what a heartbreaking, heartwarming, emotional story it is. Adding in Keaton and her story of loss, love and grief made this a 10+ star read for me. Anyone who has gone through the loss of a loved one like Keaton has will absolutely understand her feelings and emotions. And as far as Julian goes, I'll let you find out if he redeems himself in this book because I think it's best enjoyed if you have no preconceived notions like I did. I've always enjoyed this author's work and have read most of her books but I personally think she's outdone herself with this book. Absolutely breathtaking, thought-provoking, steamy, emotional and highly recommended. These characters will remain in my heart for years to come. Rachel Van Dyken has written a epic love story in Finding Him! 10+ stars. I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC for NetGalley.

Bridge has had his entire world turned upside-down. The coma was the beginning of the end. He lost his fiancé to his brother. The family business is run better by his brother. And the mother he just got back is dying. Has been for years. After her funeral he is pushed into a vacation, and the only place that seems viable is the family cabin. The time away mat do him some good. Except that is exactly what Keaton had in mind to when she rented the place! Neither of them expected someone else to be their why they grieved their loved ones. Neither expected the attraction that grew between them. Will their journey be a one night stand, or can they heal each other and grow together into what may just be the most beautiful relationship either will ever know? A beautiful, emotional tale that broke my heart time and again, but in the end healed it too.

Finding Him is such a phenomenal read. You will love the changes in Julian with this one. If you read Stealing Her the first book in the Covet series then you know the back story of Julian and Bridge. This is Julian's time to heal and discover how to love again. The emotions are high in this one because Julian is not the only one trying to heal. Keaton once you meet her your heart just wants to reach out and take the pain on with her. As her story comes to life you grow to love her so much. Keaton and Julian are so entwined that it is not surprising that their souls reach out to each other and help them both heal and find a way to move on past all the pain they are facing. I love how gentle Julian is with Keaton as he helps her write her story. The love you feel between Julian and Keaton just radiates off the pages. By the end of Finding Him my heart was so happy. I couldn't put this one down. Rachel Van Dyken has another winner with this one.

This is by far my favorite book by this author, it was an incredible sad, but beautiful love story that will pull all of your heartstrings! I cried, laughed and swoon over these characters for the entire book, I didn't want the book to end.

I'd like to thank Skyscape and Netgalley for providing this ARC in exchange for an honest reveiw.

After book 1 I did NOT want to like Julian but I knew Rachel would make me have the feels for him! Dang it!! He's redeemed himself and isn't so bad.

This book starts out with Keaton Westbrook, a social media star, who rents a house for a month so she can write a book about losing the love of her life. And Julian, who from the first book was a total jerk and his brother strongly recommended that he take some time off at their family cabin. Which turns out to be the one Keaton rents. So we know where this goes right!!

I don't want to give too much detail away but I love Keaton and Julian's love story. How Julian helps Keaton write her story and even makes commentary in the sidelines of her book. That's probably what drew me to him right there.

This is one of my favorite authors to lose myself in. She can make me laugh and cry all in one book. Turn a villain into a hero and show you show you two sides to every coin! I'd definitely recommend not only this book but this author to anyone!

Julian and Keaton are both in need of some alone time. Too bad they wind up at the same cabin for said alone time. Their first meeting did not go well at all. It seemed they brought out the snark in each other. After several attempts to call a truce, it seemed like they were good for each other. I felt like they each brought out something positive in the other.
Julian has spent his whole life feeling like he didn't measure up. His father did a real number on him. He thinks that everyone looks down on him. He just needs Keaton to point out how good he truly is.
Keaton is still grieving the loss of Noah. She feels like she owes it to him to write the book she promised. I was a bit put off by her constantly letting the feelings of others be her guiding force. She seemed incapable of understanding that she was the one driving the book not anyone else. I felt Julian was more than understanding with her constant push/pull.
Their story was pretty unique. It really had some good perspective on how to live life every day. When good comes into your life, you should cherish it. I felt it was quite well written. Definitely a winner for me.
I received an ARC from NetGalley for my honest review.

Prepare yourself to be completely owned once again by a Tennyson brother.
I didn't think I could love anyone more than I loved Bridge in Stealing Her (Covet, #1) but boy did RVD give it all to me when she gave me Julian and Keaton's story. My God, my heart could not survive another Tennyson so thank goodness there is just the two of them.

"Our pain collided with that kiss. And like setting fire to gasoline. We were ignited whole"

Julian has woken from a coma to find his world turned completely upside down. He's definitely not the man he was before. Not only has the accident changed him but his grief, a grief that he doesn't know if he can ever come back from. This is not something he can beat alone but who would ever want him when sometimes it's hard for him to reconcile the man he was before.

"Because it was him. Because he made me laugh. Because he made me feel safe and alive."

Keaton was always in the limelight because of her celeb parents and also because of her own social media status. She was trying to deal with her loss, the grief of losing her first love and trying to write their story for the masses. How would she ever get the story done on her own when the weight of the grief was just too much to bear alone.

"Julian had no idea, did he? That as he was writing the end of Noah's story- he was writing the beginning of ours."

These are two people who know deep down they've found something special, they've found someone who gets them , gets their grief and their story. But can they get through it all to find at the end they are just beginning.

This book (like all this authors stories), has heart, wonderful characters and an interesting plot. I enjoyed most of the story and found it entertaining. This is a really sad story wrapped around romance but I did have trouble connecting to the characters. I enjoyed the plot and think the author did an amazing job of getting these characters through their angst. I simply didn’t care for either of them. There are steamy scenes and romance within the heart and pain so the author did a nice job of balancing out that sadness.

I read and loved Stealing Her and think that this story is a great complement to that read. It wraps up the “other side” of the brother’s story and I really enjoyed that aspect. I think if I had read these together, back to back, then I would have liked this story more. I do recommend this story to readers as I think others will very much enjoy the story. I received an ARC via NetGalley and I am leaving my honest review.

I loved it. I'm so glad Julian got his redemption and a happy ending, too. These characters are great and the emotion is always so well written. I cried!

I devoured this book within 24 hours, but it will stay with me a bit longer.

I loved this story of grief, pain, angst and “forbidden” love.
Max and Keaton were great together from the beginning. I cried for Noah and then for Max. It reminded me how life can change from one moment to the next.

I’m so glad that I was able to read this story that RvD kept teasing us with!
Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for this ebook copy in exchange for an honest review.

Finding Him picks up where Stealing Her ended. Julian is awake from his coma and still trying to get to grips with the new reality: basically nobody missed him since Bridge stepped into his footsteps. Including Izzy, his fiancee, now wife of his brother. So, Julian is having a hard time and he decides to take a time out in his secluded family cabin up in the mountains.
He didn't expect to find the cabin rented out to a stubborn female, who wants nothing to do with him. Keaton Westbrook needed to get away from everything and everyone. She needs time to fulfill her promise to Noah: to write their story. But putting their story to paper will also make his story so final. Because Noah is dead.
So, she is not in the mood for the handsome stranger who wants her to leave his cabin. And while it is refreshing to have a guy not drooling over her, she doesn't need the company.
Julian is used to getting his way. But when Keaton isn't budging on leaving, he feels she is a spoiled princess. However, when he finds out her real reason for her need of solitude, he realizes he can't make her leave. Instead her proposed to help her write the book. And during this process both of them learn a lot about each other and about themselves. A wonderful, tragic, gripping and heartwarming story. About love, second chances, family and tragedy. Five out of five stars from me and a special thank you to Netgalley for providing the arc.

Grab the tissues! I knew going into this book it was going to be special. This book dealt with promise, love, betrayal, healing, heartache and death. It was packed with so much emotion. Julian was so angry with betrayal and loss. He had woke up from a coma to find out that his entire life has changed. He was able to reconnect with his mom, only to loose her shortly after. He was so alone! His twin brother, Bridge told him he needed to take a much needed vacation to get his head together. So, he took off for the family cabin. However, it was not empty!

Keaton had just lost the love of her life and had made a promise to Noah that she would tell their story by writing a book. She needed to have peace and quite to deal with her grief and to be able to write the words down. But that peace and quiet didn’t last long. Julian showed up and stirred everything up!

Julian and Keaton tried to fight the attraction they had for one another. But Julian was not the same man he was before his coma. He was really trying to be a better man. And Keaton was so sad. The loneliness these two shared bloomed into more.

Their stay at the cabin was cut short when Keaton was injured. So they ended up back in the city. They ached for one another, but didn’t have a way to reach one another. When they do meet up, they pretty much became inseparable. Julian helped with the book, while Keaton helped fill Julian with hope.

Can these two make it together? Or is Keaton always going to have her heart with another? Will Julian remember to be this new reformed man he is becoming and not resort back to his playboy ways? These two help one another in ways they never thought possible.

Rachel wrote another fantastic book and it is a most definite read!! But make sure you read Stealing Her first!

Julian Tennyson woke up from a coma to find that his life was drastically different. Keaton Westbrook lost her first love and is struggling to write a book about it. When Julian gets to his family’s cabin and finds Keaton there, what will happen when they both let their guard down?

This book was another emotional roller coaster written by Rachel Van Dyken. She takes your heart and rips it out repeatedly throughout the book while, at the same time, mending it back together. Finding Him is a story about forgiveness, finding love and losing love.

Another great book by Rachel Van Dyken!

OMG! All the feels with this book! Find Him is book 2 and Julian and Keaton's story is heartbreaking and beautiful. I didn't think I could like this book more than Bridge and Izzy but it is so good! I loved how they met and what Julian does to help Keaton move on. Must read!

3.5 stars.
This one did not knock my socks off like the first story. It was still very sweet and had a great story line, but I didn't love it til the end. Not when it was over, just how it all wrapped up.
It could be because I didn't obviously love Julian in the first one and he kind of has to win you over in this book. His past isn't the prettiest. He has a lot to make up for in his own eyes.
Keaton is just getting over a love that didn't last long enough. I liked her character, but I wasn't into the book writing part of this story. That's kind of the whole thing.

Julian and Keaton are not what I expected at all! Keaton, who is coming off of a tragic loss and Julian, who in his own right just suffered a devastating loss are both tempted by fate when a blizzard strands the two in a cabin. The two of them working through their grief is a beautiful thing when they do it together.

I really enjoyed the story, it just felt so intimate to me. The moments of grief, of love and the ones of closure, just brought Julian and Keaton so much closer together and I just could not put it down!

Oh my me.  This story, this duet of books is going to give you all the feels.

This is Julian's story.  Waking up from a coma to find his whole world has changed.  To see and learn things so upheaving and mind-blowing that he is struggling to cope.

Now I will admit, I was a bit leery going into this story.  The first book in this series,  Stealing Her, had painted Julian in a twisted color.  He seemed arrogant and selfish and almost unredeemable.

But a true testament to the talent and magic of Ms. Van Dkyen's writing and storytelling skills was this story, Finding Him. Because that is what this story is about.  Seeing and finding the real Julian.  And that's what Keaton did, she found the man, the beautiful soul behind all the drama and negativity.

Keaton is suffering too, she has had one of the most tragic losses anyone can face. Unfortunately being in the spotlight the way she has been all her life can create a whole new set of problems on how to proceed with tragedy and loss.

I absolutely loved this story, I cried, I laughed and I also cheered hard for Julain! Bravo sir for standing up for what your heart wanted and for not taking just "enough" but for demanding it all!

"When someone dies we don’t lose that love, we just make room for more"

After reading Stealing Her I wasn't the biggest fan of Julian. I get that he was hurt after what happened with his twin and his fiancé but he came across as a bit of an arse. Oh how my opinion has changed. Julian and Keaton are both running from hurt looking for a place of solitude to process their separate issues. Julian is dealing with losing his mum and the betrayal of his twin. Keaton is suffering from a broken heart after losing the love of her life to cancer and trying to write their story for the world to see. The two strangers weren't expecting to end up snowed in at Julian cabin. Julian does what he always does and tries to throw money at Keaton to get her to leave so he can have the cabin to herself but she isn't having any of it. After he is quite brash with her and she gets frostbite on her hands he offers a peace offering and helps her write the story of her love for Noah whilst slowly finding he's falling for her.
This story was so beautifully sad. Reading Keaton's recount of her time with Noah was painful to read and i cried so many times during this book especially when it was time to let go. Seeing the pair piece themselves and each other back together was equally emotional I dread to think how many tissues I went through whilst reading this book. A lovely story and beautifully written, very raw and emotional

This is another terrific story by Rachel Van Dyken. This is the second book in the series. The hero is in this book was mentioned in the first book but he wasn't very likable there. However, in this book, he is more fleshed out and we get to know him a lot more. The heroine is terrific as with all Rachel Van Dyken heroines. She is smart and resilient. I love how the heroine and hero balance each other out.

Great story!
