It's a Forbidden age gap Romance.

I liked the beginning of the book where all the family members in form of a family tree and bikers are introduced which gives a knowledge about the characters who will be in the book and helps to understand the relations clearly.

As this book was 5th in the series so I read all the four books first and I really liked them all so I was very excited to read this one too and this book stands on my expectations.

The story is basically about the love between Ruger who is a biker and best friend of Bull(President of Kings of Mayhem) and is 39 years old and Chastity who is a MC princess, sweet, innocent, 22 years old niece of Bull. The story is full of resistance, surrender, heartache and at the end for the fight to be with each other. I really liked that the family of chastity easily accepts her relationship with Ruger, irrespective of their age difference except for Bull which was also on some level justified.
The book shows the life of bikers also but on light level and not on dark or shady level which I liked a lot. Liked the way Chastity stands as a strong woman.

Overall the book was amazing and is excited to read the next installment in the series.

I've read each of the books in this series and have enjoyed them all. Some might be put off by the age gap, but it didn't bother me. Most of these books are light on the MC aspect, but are still entertaining. Good addition to the series!

I've enjoyed the Kings of Mayhem books and Off Limits met all my expectations. Ruger and Chasity are so not meant to be together but they just work so well. Ruger is everything you'd expect in a biker, except not the manwhore you'd expect. Chasity is the biker princess who's left to get an education. She's back and still attending school. Her life is almost ordinary but her ordinary boyfriend was too weak to stay with her when he found out about her brother's club affiliation. Now she's hurt, still innocent and still has a massive crush on the big man she's know her whole life who is way too old for her.

I liked watching these two move toward each other. I like the somewhat slow pace, they don't just jump in bed together. It never feels like either is inappropriate in the attraction or that one is in more than the other.

I love that when confronted Chasity, who's not been aggressive and pushy in general has a spine of steel and gets the best of a sheriff-posing creep.

This book, like the others is a little light on the biker culture but hints fully at the truths of the biker brand of justice and customs. It's not too violent to stomach but there's plenty of action and suspense.

Woohee! This is my first book by this author and boy, was it a scorcher. If you don’t mind the age difference between Ruger and Chastity, then prepare for a steamy, adventurous read. Chastity, on the whole, was a decent character. Maybe because of her age, I found her insecurities annoying. Ruger was a dreamy, alpha male whose history was going to inevitably cause trouble. But everything works out in the end for their HEA. Looking forward to Bull’s story.

Ruger has known Chastity since she was 5 ... and he was 22. She was a MC princess and that made her off limits to everyone in the Club. Sixteen years later when a pipe breaks in her apartment, Ruger offers her to stay with him till it’s fixed. He didn’t realize it would change their lives forever. Chastity has always had a crush on Ruger ... so what that he’s 16 years older than her ... love is love ... right?

I just loved Ruger ... even though he was this tough biker dude, he had a soft heart for Chastity. And even though Chastity was a princess, she was tough and didn’t let anyone get away with treating her like crap. This book had it all ... the tender romance, action with twists and turns and then the steamy scenes were ... well really steamy! A great addition to the series.

Off Limits kept me interested until the end but it was more MC light. I didn't get the feeling that they were immersed in the world. I also thought the a love story between Rueger and Chastity needed a little more.

Sometimes you just need a fun book that isn't going to make you think too hard so you can just turn your mind off and relax. This book fit the bill when that was exactly what I needed. A forbidden romance in an MC provided a good distraction. There were some bumps on Chastity (her name is a little too on the nose for me when her character is a 22 year old virgin) and Ruger's road to a HEA but they were all dealt with succinctly and nothing was too overly dramatized. I will say Chastity licks her lips so many times I worried about whether or not she had enough lip balm to keep them from chopping.

Boy am I SO GLAD I trusted my instincts and picked this book up. The blurb for the book honestly concerned me a bit – after I read a book with a significant age-gap that was heavily praised a couple years ago, and hated it, I’ve been weary of age-gap romances ever since. But this was so tasteful, not creepy, and a wonderful biker romance. Having read other biker romances and thought “ehhh not sure this is for me” because of the blatant misogyny seeping into every page, this is the biker book that did it for me.

The romance between Ruger and Chastity was wholesome but fiery, well-developed, and tender. The plot took some turns, which usually I mind a bit for being over-dramatic and cliché, but the author did it better than many others I’ve read. I loved the romance, and although some things about the plot were predictable, I loved the way the MCs handled what life threw at them. I liked the lack of “miscommunication as a plot device” that so many romances do.

I can’t find many faults with this book, and it was a romance I couldn’t put down, and I can’t wait to read other work by this author, especially in this series!

It's rough being the MC Princess. Three older brothers, a whole Club behind them interrupting her ability to date. Chastity tries to get herself out there, but her heart is tied to the club and to one man in particular.



Ruger agrees to help out Chastity when she needs a temporary roof over her head. He doesn't expect to be unable to control his feelings toward her. These two are just perfect for each other. The age difference becomes meaningless. Friendship and love become the overriding factors.



This book brings back all the favorites from previous stories. Loved Chastity and the ladies all hanging out. Loved that she is able to confess her heart has always belonged to Ruger. I even appreciated how her brother's responded to the relationship---her uncle--not so much.



Always love hanging with this MC. Hopefully we will get some more books so that we can continue to follow this group of siblings.

Ooooh, I think this was my favorite book in the series so far!!!! I am a goner for a good taboo age gap romance and I absolutely loved Ruger and Chastity and their story.

Ruger is Chastity's uncle's best friend and kind of an honorary uncle and 17 years ish older than her. Having grown up the sister of three bikers in an MC and having other high up relatives in the MC, Chastity has been well protected in all ways, and thus, somewhat sheltered and is looking to shed her innocent image and have some real word experiences.

Now that Chastity is older, Ruger begins looking at her a little differently and their chemistry is definitely hot!!! While they fight their attraction and try to fight the chemistry, it is definitely still palpable. The book is still full of some drama and surprises and some angst. I found it highly engaging and read it in one sitting as I could not put it down. Definitely my favorite of the series!!!

I’ll be honest this book drove me crazy.

I liked the characters (mostly but more on that later) and the story (for the most part). And it was moving along nicely.

I understand Chastity is the MC princess. All the bikers have been warned away from her. She’s untouchable and in serious danger of going to her grave a virgin. Okay that’s a bit dramatic I know. But seriously the amount of I want her, I can’t have her in this book drove me crazy.

I know, I know she’s forbidden but honestly.

I quite liked Chastity as a character. On the whole she handled thing well. Ruger. Where do start with Ruger?
He’s the Viking MC, tall and delicious. So desperately trying to do the right thing. I really liked him. I just wish he hadn’t tried so hard for so long.

Even though this drove me nuts it still had me.

But then it went where we known from chapter 3 it would. I know there’s only so many options but I was annoyed it went this way. It was obvious how it would all turnout. This did nothing but leave me feeling annoyed. So this along with all the hot/cold business. Bull’s major hissy fit and it was down from the 4* I nearly gave to 3.

I'm a big fan of the Kings of Mayhem series. I think with each one that the next book just won't measure up and yet somehow it does. This is the first book that moves away from the Calley brothers and deals instead with their younger sister, Chastity.
Chastity seems to have been well named, despite wanting to have had boyfriends and a sex life, being the youngest sister of three tough motorbikers and the niece of a club president, no man really wants to come to close. Since she was a young girl she has had a crush on Ruger, but he's never seen her as anything but a child.
This is an age gap relationship, there are sixteen years between Ruger and Chastity, but it still works really well and I really enjoyed reading about how the relationship developed between them. Although he has known her all of her life, it isn't creepy in any way and it's clear that he has never thought of her like that until she is older.
I loved this story and reading about Chastity and Ruger. This was a great addition to the Kings of Mayhem series. I hope that there's still more to come.

I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS SERIES! Oh my goodness! Penny Dee is a goddess with this series. I can’t wait to read more. This book was a great stand alone but I need more.

Off Limits is book 5 in the Kings of Mayhem series and although I haven't read any other books in this series I felt it read fine as a standalone. Now if you follow my reviews you know I love books with an age gap, add in some bikers and I'm sold. Overall it was a pretty good story but I did have some issues. My main issue was that the author did to much telling and I had a hard time connecting to the couple in the beginning. They seemed to be doing their own thing and then boom their in love. For me I felt the relationship didn't progress naturally enough for me to connect. At times I did find Chastity immature but that had more to do with her overprotective family. So her reasons for being a 22 year old virgin was understandable. Ruger was a really likable H but I didn't fall in love with him like I usually do. I loved that he fought his attraction and the fact that the 16 year age gap did bother him was natural response. I guess for me my biggest complaint would be that I felt like something was missing. Now with that said I do have book 1 and plan to give this series another try.

I'll be honest, I asked for this book because the man on the cover is beautiful. The blurb of the book really did hook my attention, though, and I was not disappointed. Age differences in romance novels can always be either very poorly or well done. This one was well done. I never felt that Chasity lost her agency or who she was as a person. She still became an EMT which was her goal. She didn't give up her life for Ruger, just combined hers with his. She already knew life being born into the MC, so this was nothing new to her. I loved that she held her own in many situations, and didn't let that crappy incident with Ruger and her date with her classmate slide. Ruger was also just incredibly dreamy and dirty enough to make my blood warm a little. The sex scenes were sexy and hot, but never over the top. This book did not disappoint at all. What a fun and delicious read!

So let me start off by saying this is my first story by Penny. And boy was it a good one!
I enjoyed this story from page 1. It’s a little taboo with her falling in love with a man 16 years older then her (who is also her uncle’s best friend) and her current roommate. It’s real love though. The kind that consumes you. Penny did a great job expressing this in her writing.

I had no problem reading this on its own. I highly recommend it!

I am not always in love with stories about older men, younger women because frankly most of them are a bit creepy to me. This is NOT one of those types of stories. The age difference is a definite factor in the story but the love and compassion are much more important. Ruger is a good guy caught in the arms of love but also has a side that says maybe he should back away from his feelings. He is torn between his friend Bull and Chastity. The natural progression of the love story is beautiful. There is some angst (which I do love) and I was worried what would happen but in the end all worked out. Ms. Dee threw me for a loop at the end of the story and all I can say is have a hankie ready.

Perfect May-December romance with older, hotter than hell man and a young, fierce woman

Penny Dee wrote an amazing story of a forbidden romance that was meant to be. While Ruger might have been around since Chastity's birth, there was nothing in their story that felt gross or taboo with their age difference. Penny Dee made these two seem meant to be.

Very entertaining read you won't be able to put down. These Kings of Mayhem are hot and I can't wait for Bull's story.

This is the fifth in the Kings of Mayhem MC Series by Penny Dee. That being said it reads just fine as a stand alone. Love these motorcycle romances with the tough guys showing their tender side. Story starts with sweet little Chastity drawing with chalk and making it her goal to bring a smile to Ruger. The age difference between our couple is 16 years which would be difficult if it wasn't for their history and tender feelings.
