Personal Account of Tony Comper is very interesting. Especially if youw an tto know about bankign industry history, it also provides youa point to compare how nations banking differs. BMO Harris in US is a subsidiary of this very BMO. One of the goals of the books is to translate the whole corporate thing into layman terms which is done very well. There is inspiration, performance, excellence, spotting problems before they occur. There is a small voice section of reflections of other people on Tony's working style.
