What a clever book to puzzle over! It is full of glorious illustrations that have been mixed up and you have to work out which tiles don't slot back into place to make the picture whole again. They are all themed on Sherlock Holmes stories, so this will really appeal to Conan Doyle fans. However, if you haven't read the original books, or aren't a fan, don't be put off, as no prior knowledge is necessary!

I would imagine this would be a fun puzzle book to work on together in a group - perfect Christmas present o ponder over as you let your lunch go down!

Perfect! A ton of funs and mind twisting visual puzzle to keep you buzzy in this trouble time! I would recommend it if you like those kind of book! Totally worth it!

This will undoubtedly be a better hardcopy book than an ebook it has 100 picture puzzles which follow the same format. Which square is wrong? All the pictures depict a crime/scene from a Sherlock book but you aren't solving the crimes which is implied by the blurb. All the answers are explained at the end (hence the eBook format failure!) A little repetitive but I can see it being a fun stocking filler for Sherlock Holmes fans.

This book of visual puzzles, in which the reader helps Sherlock Holmes evaluate clues by paying close attention to details and using logic, is intriguing. a good exercise for your brain, and an entertaining way to pass some time. There is a nice progression from easy to more difficult puzzles.

Though puzzles get more complex and challenging as you progress through the book, the way to solve them is basically the same. I don't know how that could be avoided, but it did cause me to lower my rating of the book.

A lovely book with brain teasers for everyone. I really enjoyed the theme of Sherlock Holmes and Watson. The pictures are cool, so colourful and a perfect fit for the theme. Some of the pictures are easy to solve, others take a bit longer. In any case, I enjoy a book like this. It’ll take your mind off other things, because you have to concentrate on the picture to pick what’s wrong with it. I recommend this to anyone who likes brain teasers, Sherlock Holmes, and anyone who wants to get better at logical puzzles.

All the puzzles are pretty much all the same, different picture but same format, and gets old very quickly. I wouldn't recommend as once you've done 1 there's no challenge there to hold your interest with the rest, it would've been better for there to be a mixture of different types of puzzles

The author of this book invites the reader to be an assistant to Sherlock Holmes. Can you do the job? I confess that I was not really up to it.

Each of the 100 puzzles in this book begins with a picture. Beneath is a clue as to what the solver is looking for. The puzzles are all of this same type.

In order to solve these, you need a good spatial sense and an eye for detail. Do you want to take on the challenge?

Perhaps I was hoping for something more. Perhaps I was expecting something else entirely. Many of the "puzzles" are too similar to one another. I suppose more variety would help...
