While reading the book I was thinking it was a cool for a sales manager, because there are a lot of tips. Found many of them much applicable and will definitely implement for my sales department. In the other hand, the book Israeli written for sales representatives alike! I have found plenty of info that can be useful for sales people to read and put into practice. Very good book with plenty of practical advice.
