This was a GREAT book! If you are new to emergency management, a veteran of emergency management, or have never heard of emergency management - this is the book for you.
It offers a thorough look at the history of the field, and glances forwards at changes that should be made to better serve our country in future disasters. It was a tad long for me, but not enough to remove that fifth star.
