This was my first book to read by this author and I can't wait to read more! The characters are amazing and the story flows so well. Really cannot recommend this one enough!!

I'm so glad I was able to review an eARC of this book from NetGalley because I had not seen this series before. This is the third installment in the series about Pizza and Taco, two best friends. In this book, they decide to write a graphic novel together. Super Slice and Taco Awesome may be superheroes, but Pizza and Taco have some artistic differences when working together. The adorable pictures, great humor. and relatable storyline make it a perfect fit for kids K-3. I plan on purchasing the whole series for my school library.

This is another fun addition to the Pizza and Taco series as the pair tries to write a comic. Kids are sure to continue to be drawn to these humorous books.

This is book 3 in the Pizza and Taco series. Since they both love comics they have decided to write their own, but how will they work through their artistic differences.

The art is so cute. It is simple and reminds me a little of The Amazing World of Gumball. The characters are not only kid friendly, but also entertaining to adults. The expressions on their faces while arguing were great. It has a great message about the importance of compromise and teamwork.

Not only do you get a great story about Pizza and Taco, but they also include Pizza and Taco's comic. I can't wait to get this into the hands of my students.

Playful, buddy graphic novel for fans of NARWHAL & JELLY. Fun, colorful illustrations. I read with my six-year-old daughter.

I appreciated how the characters learned about compromise and teamwork, but the humor fell flat for us.

Interesting way to tell a story, was a bit confused by the plot at first but liked the introduction of teamwork as a lesson for kids.

I initially sent this advance copy to my kindle and that version had some weird formatting where the words were underneath the comic and all jumbled together. I was so sad because this seemed like a fun read! I went back to netgalley and downloaded the book to my app so I could actually read it and review, and thankfully it came out correctly!
This is a fun, short comic that teaches you the power and fun of working together! Pizza and taco are wacky characters who are always excited, it was so entertaining to see what they were getting up to.

Judging purely by the cover, I thought this would be a perfect two-person read aloud with my second grade son. However, something was weird with the formatting of our kindle version and we were both so frustrated by ten pages in that we gave up. I couldn't understand if the text was meant to be in the comic or on the bottom of the page. It became clear, as well, that the story wasn't anything special beyond a tagline intended to interest young readers of graphic novels.

We may try this one again if the formatting improves.

Pizza and Taco are back for another super awesome adventure! This is a great series. Giggles for all ages!

This series is great for anyone who likes InvestiGators, Narwahl, Max Meow and Dogman.

Pizza and Taco decide to collaborate on a super-awesome comic, but quickly learn they're going to need a set of rules to work together without fighting. Hopefully this book will encourage the kiddos to create their own comics. This seems like a delightful series filled with zany antics that I NEED to start buying for our library.

Look for this one in August.

Pizza and Taco are a dynamic duo that is an endless hit in my classroom. My students love seeing what these two are up to. Pizza and Taco: Super-Awesome Comic will be another great edition for my students to devour.

Pizza and Taco do a good job of compromising. It was a cute story. Reminded me of Captain Underpants in a way.

My first experience with this graphic series for early readers. Pizza and Taco are writing a comic, and they go through so many things kids can relate to: writer insecurity, collaboration issues, problem solving. What a lovely mentor text this could be for young writers!

I think parts of it were funny, like the part about onion breath and super farts, I also think that the repeated yaaaas parts were funny but I think the beginning was a bit boring.

Truly, we love Pizza and Taco books, and this newest installment does not disappoint. From the humor, the illustrations, and easy to follow storyline - young readers will love this. This series is one of my favorite (along-side Elephant + Piggie books) to co-read with my kiddos - we each take a character and sometime we'll even switch it up at a chapter break just to keep it fun - it helps to prevent reading fatigue for our young ones who are learning to read and gaining their confidence AND allows us to read with expression (and model it in the moment).

There's a sneak peek at the next Pizza + Taco book and I have no doubt so many kid will be counting down the days until it is released!

I had never read a Pizza and Taco book before and thus went into this without any expectations.
It was a total hit with my Kindergartener! He giggled almost the entire time, enjoyed the illustrations and will now walk around the house answered every question with YAAS! (Thanks, Taco!)
He was able to read this graphic novel by himself, and the text and illustrations definitely held his attention.
We will be hitting up the book store for the other two books in the series very soon!

This latest entry in the wildly popular "Pizza and Taco series does not disappoint-I only wish there were more of them (there is a new book coming soon!). Pizza and Taco are likable, funny characters along the vein of Elephant and Piggie, and their escapades will keep kids giggling and laughing!

A fun junior graphic novel. A lovely, quirky title to get younger patrons interested in comics and maybe even interested in reading if they aren't big fans of it yet.

The character combo is fun and something almost any kid would reach for, fun colors, easy to read.

A real winner, but not the great piece of children's literature you'll ever read.

My son loves this book, he keeps asking me to read it to him. The artwork is cute and he loves the characters.
