Wanted to like this book, and after a rather strong start where the author really got vulnerable and showed us through her experience what she is asking of us (the reader) and what that might look like in real life, from there, it just devolved into a series of flat, surface questions that don't really leave the reader any wiser or equipped with what they need to go through 'this' step at any point. For example, 'ask yourself why you procrastinate' - that's the whole purpose of the book and the therapy-like guidance it is supposed to provide: if we already knew how to get past our procrastination, would we be reading this book?
After a while, like many books that try to provide therapy or supplement it, the writing becomes a roll of platitudes and surface questions that sound awesome at first glance, but which provide no real thrust or impetus as to how to work through said issue.
The author also constantly went on about how she helps her clients as a Kinesiologist - what, exactly, is a kinesiologist? How does one of those help people? Having this backdrop would've been super helpful to put a lot of the statements in this book into context and provide an example of how someone can work through their issues via seeing how it's helped someone else IRL
Overall, had potential but just lost steam after the introduction
