Falling for You is just such a heartwarming hug of a book. Faith has come to Sapphire Springs after inheriting her family’s historic mansion. Rob is a single dad of two looking for a refresh in his life. As the two’s paths continue to cross, their connection grows. This book feels like a Hallmark movie. It has some mystery about the secrets of the mansion that I was just super invested in, and this small town is just beyond endearing! I love all of these characters that make up this magical Sapphire Springs, which is so quaint and kind. And I loved these leads for this grump/sunshine, opposites attract, closed door romance. Rob has so much kindness in him. He’s so stubborn but loves so fully. I loved his daughters too and his dedication to them. And Faith is just lovely. She has lacked roots for so long but dreams so big, and I just adored her journey to finding her connections and story and dreams. I would also love to have her yoga studio with its smoothies and retail in my town! Everything felt so cozy and quaint and I loved the growth. The conflict towards the end wasn’t my favorite—I think it needed a little more, but I don’t think that affected my reading experience. I just love how these characters built each other up and really understood each other. Truly I just adored this book and left this story with a smile and a happy heart. Falling for You is just a perfect comfort read.

3.5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐💫
Falling For You brings us to the end of the Sapphire Springs series. Like the rest of the series, this story had that small-town romance charm, and it was a sweet read. Plus, this installment had an added bit of mystery - bonus!
In Falling for You we saw Faith and Rob really get to know each other, and I thought they had good chemistry. I found myself hopeful that things would workout between them.
Though this wouldn't be named my favourite it the series, it was still an enjoyable story and a nice series closer.

I LOVED this book! It was sweet and you never quite knew where it was headed. I thought the storyline was unique and held my interest. A clean, sweet story about finding love.

Book 3 in the series and a wonderful addition! I loved reuniting with the characters from the previous book, as I've grown invested in their stories. The small town is quaint and brimming with charming characters. I thoroughly enjoyed this addition to the series! The single dad storyline was well executed and Faith's character development well written. I loved it!

Each time I pick up a Barb Curtis novel I look for three things,
1- deep family and friend connections that entertwines into the previous novel.
2- A new love thats magnetic and gives each partner resolve in some way in their lives.
3- a happily ever after
Barb Curtis delivers EVERYTIME!
Rob Milan is a single father who is in a tumultuous custody battle with his ex wife Issey. Faith Rotolo is fresh out of a divorce and looking to restore the pillar of Saphire springs, the Romano Estate. In doing so Faith realizes it's not just the estate that is getting the refurbish. Rob and Faith both have what it takes to build eachother back up and become eachothers fresh start.
I LOVED IT!
Run Barb Curtis, run and write the next book!

Thank you Netgalley for the advanced copy of falling for you, in exchange for my honest oppinion.

This book was very fun. No one does small town romance quite like Barb!

It's always so fun to go back to this town and these characters and it was great to see everything and everyone from an outsider's perspective. Faith is such a good character. It was great to rediscover the town and everyone from her perspective, especially with the added layer of her past loss and family situation. She was a really refreshing character.

It was nice to see more of Rob after the glimpses we'd gotten of him before. His story started out so sad, but it was great to see him come into his own and how he handled his situation with Faith and with his girls.

Barb Curtis has become one of my favorite closed-door romance authors over the last few years, and I'm so sad to see this series come to a close! In this story, yoga instructor Faith finds out she inherits a large old house from a long-lost relative, so she relocates to Sapphire Springs, her deceased mother's home town. She soon connects with newly minted carpenter and single dad of two, Rob, who is going through a messy custody battle but has an undeniable connection with Faith.

I really enjoyed this book, though not quite as much as the previous two novels in this series. I don't particularly enjoy reading about custody battles and could have done without that aspect, though it is relatively essential to the plot. Faith is also just not really a character I relate much to, with her vagabond nature. So in the end, my only criticisms are personal preferences and would not necessarily apply to every reader. The book has good bones with solid plotting and prose, and I think fans of the first two books in the series will be satisfies with the conclusion.

Thanks to Forever for my eARC and finished copy! All thoughts and opinions are my own.

4 stars - 8/10

Faith heads over to a fixer upper house after she finds out that she inherits it, good timing too cause she just came back from a work trip and turned out she was evicted while out. The house is defiantly a fixer upper and going to stick around until its fixed. Rob Milan is the contractor on the job who is really dealing with family issues right now and needs to really focus on his daughters right now. They never expected to start to fall for one another but its clear that her stay in town is not a forever thing and Rob needs to think about his daughter and meddling ex so things are about to get complicated.

I enjoyed this light read. There was a bit of drama here and there but not too much, I enjoyed the romance. I loved seeing the mystery of Faiths family history when it came to her stay there as old stuff was uncovered while they dig deeper into the house repairs. I liked the sense of community and how welcoming people were in the town. I liked seeing the romance progressed and couldn't help but wonder how things were going to turn out clearly since the beginning of the book it was said that he really needed to just stay away from relationships and this things blooming between him and faith were clearly going to make things a bit complicated especially since the ex keeps trying to stir up a custody battle. Overall this was a nice read and I enjoyed it.

I have really enjoyed Barb Curtis’s Sapphire Springs series. The small town romance series was so delightful and I’m a little sad Falling for You is the final book in the series. It was a lovely finale and I really liked hanging out with all the characters Curtis created. I’ll miss them!

Here’s the book’s description:
Just when recently evicted yoga instructor Faith Rotolo thinks her luck has run out, she inherits a historic mansion in quaint Sapphire Springs. Though Faith never imagined putting roots down anywhere, small-town life is growing on her, as is her fixer-upper house. If only her handsome new contractor, Rob Milan, would stop spoiling her daydreams with the realities of a major rehab…and his generally grouchy vibes.
A single dad of two, Rob doesn’t have much time for fantasy wish-list ideas his clients can’t afford. Then again, Faith’s creative energy might be exactly what he needs right now. But while Rob and Faith work to give her home the second chance it deserves, their spirited clashes wind up sparking a powerful attraction. As work nears completion, and Faith’s house becomes the shining jewel of the neighborhood, will she and Rob realize that they deserve a fresh start too?
I had a feeling, especially when reading the second book in the series, that this third novel would feature Rob, Leyna’s brother (her story is in the first book) and I gotta say…I wasn’t sure how it was going to go. I knew about his background – he had punched the man his wife was having an affair with and was dealing with troublesome custody issues when he had been the main parent of his two girls during his marriage. I knew he wasn’t a violent man and I could understand why he did what he did but I still had a tough time getting on board. It was like it was unnecessary drama and his story could have been different and still gotten a similar vibe. It was a lot to overcome and I don’t think I quite accomplished it.

That said…I was HERE for the love story. I was rooting for Faith and Rob because they were so right for each other. I also really liked that they got off on the wrong foot – multiple times – before they settled into a friendship (that turned into more). It was a bit like an opposites attract with a dash of enemies to lovers (but not true enemies so I was good with it). Their relationship, with all the ups and downs, really was lovely to read and I was so pleased with their HEA.

The history mystery (rhyme intended) in this story was so intriguing. Faith doesn’t know much about her family’s past and she’s surprised by what she uncovers. I just recently read a historical fiction novel that took place during Prohibition so it was fun to read a romance that referenced it as well. It was a really lovely side story and I enjoyed it so much. I don’t want to say too much about it though because it’ll be more enjoyable for you to unravel the mystery right alongside Faith and Rob.

I had a lovely time reading Falling for You and thought it was a great final book in Barb Curtis’s Sapphire Springs series. I’m sad to say goodbye to this wonderful town and characters but I’m really looking forward to what Curtis writes next!

3.5 Stars. This is the third book in the Sapphire Springs series, all of which I have read but this book would work on a standalone. It follows Faith as she navigates an unexpected inheritance, and Rob who is recently divorced and facing custody battles for his two daughters. Rob wants Faith’s house but settles for helping her restore it to its former glory. The characters from the previous books make appearances, which is always fun. Additionally there is a mystery sub-plot involving journals hidden in the house’s attic which adds another fun layer.

While I enjoyed reading this book I don’t think it was my favorite one in the series. I really struggle with books so heavily involving children and just got so tired of Rob’s ex-wife and the custody battle. I know that was his main plot point, and this is a me issue, but I just found it exhausting and repetitive. I really really liked Faith. I found her character to have a lot of nuance and depth that I wasn’t really expecting. I believe that this is the final book in the series, which was Barb’s debut, so I’m excited to see where she goes from here.

Thank you to NetGalley and Forever for the digital ARC and Forever for the gifted copy.

I have really enjoyed reading this series in Sapphire Springs! I'm sad to say goodbye to the characters (I think!) but excited to read whatever Barb Curtis writes next.

In this third book in the trilogy, it was extremely easy to sink into a story of a not-yet-ready-to-settle woman who inherits a desireable historic mansion in Sapphire Springs and begins to discover a decades-old mystery about her ancestors. She runs into Rob, a newly single dad and brother to a character from the first book in this series. Rob wants the house Faith has inherited, but he decides to settle for working on its renovation.

There was a lot to enjoy in this story - friendships, business connections, adorable children, yoga, a fun doggy, good food, and the aforementioned brief historical/family mystery. There are some heightened emotions around Rob's custody battle/divorce as well as Faith's family history and connection to Sapphire Springs. I had no problem sitting with this and spending time with these characters - it was time well spent.

Thank you to Forever for the ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Rating: 4.5 - I really enjoyed this!

Romance Tropes & Steam Rating: PG13 - closed door intimacy - sweet romance - third in series - close proximity - initial enemies to lovers - coming out of a recent relationship - would classify it more of a women's fiction than romance

Review & Recommendation: This is the third and final book in the Sapphire Springs series. I love the small town vibes and the storyline of this one.

Notes: Themes of finding where to settle your roots, finding where you belong and building a life filled with friends and family and lots of love. Small business. Renovating a home. Inheritance from a relative that's passed. Divorce. Custody.

This was a fun read. A small town romance with a bit of a mystery. This is first book of the series that I’ve read. Needless to say I already bought the other ones. But I was still engaged throughout the book. Also, it was fun to read this one since I’m a yoga instructor myself.

It took me a bit to get into this story. Once I got into it, the story just kept getting better. This is the third in the series. Each book can be read as a stand alone, but you do revisit the past characters from the previous books.

It was really interesting to see the family history and the mystery that went along with it. The romance is a closed door romance - my favorite! You can feel the attraction without all the details.

The overuse of foul language didn't add to the story and lost some of it's impact when used too often. Having said that, it doesn't keep me from wanting to reading Barb Curtis again.

Amusing, heartfelt, and undeniably adorable!

Falling for You is a bighearted, uplifting tale that takes you into the lives of two main characters. Faith, a young woman who is thoughtful and hardworking but never tends to stay in one place for too long, and Rob, a loving father who is struggling to correct his image, obtain visitation, and create a solid foundation to raise his two girls.

The writing is charming and light. The characters are layered, supportive, and fun-loving. And the plot is the perfect combination of family, friendship, temptation, desire, tender moments, tricky situations, light drama, community, introspection, and new beginnings.

Overall, Falling for You is another heartwarming, cosy, swoony addition to the Sapphire Springs series that I am so bummed has come to an end. It has been one of my favourite series since the first book was published in the fall of 2020, and all I can say is Barb Curtis, I hope you’re already writing another fabulous series as otherwise, I will be terribly blue.

This is such a beautiful ending to this series. I have loved falling in love with Sapphire Springs and was excited to see Rob get his win after watching his marriage fall apart. When Rob finds out his wife has been cheating on him with his boss, he takes drastic action, jeopardizing custody of his two girls. He is trying to get his life back on track and show that he is a good and loving father and doesn't want anything to get in the way of that. He doesn't see Faith coming. Faith has come to Sapphire Springs to find out that she has inherited and old family property. Having few connections to her family and no real sense of home, she decides to at least stay for a bit while she decides what to do with the property. As she renovates the house, Faith ends up working with Rob. As the two grow closer, they can't help but wondering what if?

Barb Curtis is definitely one of my favorite "new" authors. Her writing is so reminiscent of Jill Shalvis and Maisey Yates. I love the small town setting and the way that these two came together. Both had serious obstacles to overcome and decisions to make. Watching them find their way was so satisfying and the perfect wrap up to the series. It was a blast re-visiting with characters from the previous two books. While this one wasn't my favorite of the three, it was a great complement to the other two. Faith and Rob and likeable and I found myself cheering for them the whole way through. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a small town romance focused on new beginnings.

Faith Rotolo thinks her luck has run out when she gets a call from an attorney in Sapphire Springs. Her distant uncle has died and left her a historic mansion, Romano Estate. Faith has never been one to put down roots, but without other options, she moves to the small town. Rob Milan has always wanted to buy Romano Estate and fix it up for his two daughters. He thinks his dream is finally within his reach, only to find out Faith, an outsider, has no plans to sell.

Rob is Leyna’s sister from the first book in the series. He has recently gotten divorced after catching his wife cheating on him with their boss, Marcus. Caught in a fit of rage, he punches Marcus and ends up complicating his custody agreement with his wife. Now, Rob has done everything in his power to get his daughters back. It is his top priority. Rob is a great dad.

Faith is a newcomer to the series. After she inherits a historical home from a distant relative, she moves to Sapphire Springs. She sets her sights on restoring the property and expanding the town’s yoga studio. I loved watching her figure out what she wanted for her life.

In addition to the romance, I loved the 1920s historical history of the house: Romano Estate. Owned by famous rum runner, Rocky Romano, the house has been in Faith’s family for a hundred years. While exploring the house Faith finds a mysterious key and a series of journals written by a woman named Ella, Rocky Romano’s daughter. Faith and Rob try to piece together the love story in the journals and the mystery of what happened to Ella and her lover, James.

This is a Romance with a small Mystery throw in, and this is the third book in the Sapphire Springs series. I have not read the first two books in this book series. This book took a little bit to get going, but once it was going I was pulled into the story. I love the characters, and I love the family history mystery parts. The romance was really good, but I think all the drama in this book took over the romance parts. The story line/plot was so great. I was kindly provided an e-copy of this book by the publisher (Forever) or author (Barb Curtis) via NetGalley, so I can give an honest review about how I feel about this book. I want to send a big Thank you to them for that.
