The premise of this book is very original and I enjoyed seeing the two worlds come together. The characters are very well presented and mysterious, which left me questioning their goals and motivations. Discovering the ways in which both worlds and the characters in them are alike and where they differ was a really nice experience. The story develops itself layer by layer and it held my interest throughout.

The book shows a remarkable originality. The confines of the story, a technological and magical crossed world that is overwhelmed by espionage plot. The premise is very interesting in the crossed reality.
