I loved Wilder Girls and this book kit was very interesting for me personally to look through and I know our teens at the library will enjoy it as well. The kit has it all - snack suggestions and a playlist, as well as the usual discussion question guide and what to read next suggestions. I think the "What would your tox symptoms be?" quiz is excellent!

The Book Club Kits are fabulous tools to enrich your reading experience. They provide questions that make you reflect more on what you've read and points to discuss in a book club to hear different thoughts and explore further. Even if you're not in a book club, you can use it to ponder on some aspects of the book that you may have missed or wouldn't have lingered on when you read it. If you want to get more out of a book, the book club kit will act as a wonderful learning tool. Highly recommended.

I read Wilder Girls last year and was considering using it for a teen book club, so this kit was perfect! The kit had a lot more resources than normal book club kits including quizzes, food and drink recommendations, a music playlist, printables, and more. I think this kit would help elevate your book club from feeling like a boring school discussion to more of a fun hangout. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to dive further into Wilder Girls by Rory Power.

This book club kit was well thought out and put together. It not only included thoughtful questions, but also food and drink recipes, activities, water bottle labels, and a playlist to help make a meeting a full fledged event! I appreciated that it included information on the author, other books by her/the publisher, and suggestions for books to read if you enjoyed this one. This would be a great kit for someone wanting to change up a book club meeting.

This is a wonderful addition to any bookclub for Wilder Girls? The interview with the author was both interesting and thought provoking. I particularly enjoyed the recommended movies toward the end and felt they were on theme.

This is a REVIEW ONLY of The BOOK CLUB KIT for “Wilder Girls,” a sapphic fantasy horror novel by Rory Power about an exclusive girl’s boarding school located on an isolated island that is contaminated by an outbreak of mutant toxins. This fabulously created colorful 19-page e-book is with loaded with everything to make your Book Club meeting memorable. There are loads of discussion questions to stimulate insightful two-way conversations among reading groups, and is full of visual appeal because of its bright art and bold, eye-catching graphics. The Q & As are excellent and will be useful for Book Club Leaders, Librarians, as well as readers themselves who want extra insight into the background of the book and author. 💕 As all compelling Book Kits do by adding additional graphics and fun elements, this one truly rocks! It offers suggested recipes for meetings; musical playlists; tox attributes; quizzes; additional suggested readings and so much more. This is a truly exciting Book Kit worthy of it’s designation. 💕

TheBookMaven graciously thanks NetGalley, Author Rory Power, and Publisher Penguin Random House Library Resources for this Advanced Reader’s Copy (ARC) for review.

Used this for my book club. Very cute, good questions. I wanted expecting there to be labels you could print out but I thought it was a nice touch.

I really liked the atmosphere and the plot of Wilder Girls, but unfortunatley I didn't enjoy the ending. But the first part of the book was really good and I fell in love with the characters, all of them.

This kit was really fun, I liked the quiz and it felt like a magazine from when I was a teen. I'm definitely taking the book and show recs!

I cannot wait to use this kit with my students. Perfect for librarians teachers who want to immerse students into the book. The food and drink recommendations take out the guess work on what to provide and the water bottle labels are the perfect touch. My students are all about music and playlists and I really appreciate when these are already put together with songs that are popular and not dated. The discussion questions are well written and the quiz will be a huge a hit with my young readers. I would love to see a bookmark option added to give out and perhaps a note directed to the reader.

After finishing this short but sweet kit, I feel it added to the reading experience and provided lots of topics for discussion among readers.

The author's interview is really great. Rory Power's ability to write a mystery-filled book with a scary setting and gory occurrences, and I loved the insight into her writing process.

The other elements in the book club kit, such as the playlist, further book recommendations and recipes, would be perfect for an in-person book club. The extra book recommendations were great too as when I finished Wilder Girls, I was looking for similar books. The reader questions opened up a discussion about the characters, plot and setting.

The only thing that may not be successful is presuming people are attending in-person book clubs when in reality, social media and virtual book clubs are more popular and prevalent in the book community, especially since Covid-19. The digital space among readers has exploded, so I think targeting the online community is very beneficial.

This is amazing! I loved Wilder Girls and the book club kit was fun to read through solo and would work great for a book club, too. The drink ideas were a blast. I loved the playlist. My favorite Wilder Girls-related thing was the quiz. The flow chart was fun, too! And I'm always into "read/watch this next" lists. I had read most of the recs, but I did find one new book!

I really like these book club kits. I enjoy reading the author letters and the questions generate good discussion. I was a little disappointed that this one didn't have unique recipes for the story but I understand why.

This was a great book club resource for Wild Girls. It included an interview with the author, questions to discuss with your book club, a playlist and some great food and drink pairings. I run a sapphic book club and although I've already read Wilder Girls, I'd consider re-reading it with my group just because of how amazing this kit is!

I really enjoyed the playlist they included in the book club kit download, it makes understanding the book's atmosphere a more exciting adventure. It makes me want to read the book even more now.

This is a great dystopian story. Even in the beginning i couldn't feel the vibes. But the more, i read the more i found someting more fun within.

It's an open endings kind of story that that put me in a suck emotion. As too many questions unanswered left in my mind.

What I liked the most was how the story itself went on. It was a bit rude but didn't play around the bush. The character grew up well in fighting and surviving.
