I liked this book for so many reasons. It was full of mystery and suspense, and I mean proper edge of your seat suspense! It’s also a great because of its setting, far north Queensland. The setting adds another layer to the text as you can really feel the heat and humidity as you read, and I love when the setting of the story is almost another character. Themes of friendship, family, teamwork and justice make it a substantial/thoughtful novel as well as as an entertaining one.
