Fantastic book that I am happy to have in my collection. Obviously I enjoy reading cookbooks. BUT this isn’t solely a cookbook in the traditional sense. The recipes are fantastic, mostly plant based, sometimes complex but worthwhile. The backstories are what make this book interesting and worth reading.

This is a collector's item! This eclectic cookbook has great photos, stories and recipes. What more can we want? I cannot wait to get a physical copy to keep. There are several recipes I cannot wait to try, as well.
