Another fabulous book from Katie Piper, I have really enjoyed all Katie's books for a little pick me up and putting things into perspective. This one does not disappoint! Would definitely recommend for people looking for easy to read positivity, without the toxic positivity.

This is a cute little book filled with 100 positive affirmations to say. The best way to follow this is doing 1 per day as this will enable you to follow them and reflect on them throughout the day. This would be a nice gift for someone.

This is a shorter version of Katie's previous book A Little Bit of Faith. A Little Bit of Hope is full of beautiful uplifting and hopeful quotes.

The book is easy to read and can be dipped in and out of whenever you need a little uplift.

A Little Bit of Hope by Katie Piper was an excellent book written by an inspiration woman. She is just amazing in so many ways and all her books she has written have been a 5 star read. If you need a little pick me up daily basis this is a book for you...........It provides you with 365 bite-sized affirmations, Katie always encourages us to see that heartbreak and hardship can become fuel for your fight, especially whatever life has thrown at you lately, you can fall countless times and still get back up again - all you need is a little bit of faith and encouragement.

I highly recommend this latest book by Katie.

I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from this, but actually I thought it was a very positive read.

Thank you NetGalley for my complimentary copy in return for my honest review.

Katie Piper

This book does offer a little  bit of hope as it is a small novel therefore only contain a little bit of information in it.

It gives some very straight forward affirmations such live life  to its fullest potential and  such as live life  as 'your going through a tough time now remember the best is yet to come. To the more profound 'I will let go of the life I was expected to have and start living the life I wasgiveen'.also is a person with disabilities 'sometimes the worst barriers

So overall this not the greatest affirmation book out on the market,  the only thing that differs is that its author is Katie Piper obviously she has gone though a very  public hardship and these affirmation helped her so they are tried  tested.

Many thanks  to NetGalley and the published as I received a complimentary copy of this book. Opinions completely my own.

What a lovely collection of affirmations. The language is accessible, easy to read and understand. At times, your head can’t cope with anything heavy, and this book has little snippets of positivity, reminders, uplifting messages, all when you need them most. They vary in length, but are never too long or too heavy to manage, even on your worst days. You can read in order, or delve in at random - either way, you’re going to read something helpful that speaks to you. Would highly recommend.

Thank you to SPCK Publishing and Netgalley for an eARC of this book to read and review

I have followed Katie Piper for a longtime. Her book was refreshing, punchy and uplifting. Just what the doctor ordered. I look forward to reading it again and picking out my favourites.

This one is full of inspiring and uplifting quotes and I think it will really help alot of people. I suffer with depression and anxiety and although I'm not someone who reads a lot of self help type books, this one really has some helpful information, tips and encouraging words. Recommend.

As a nurse and a well-being champion for our unit, this book is exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, it didn't work well as an E-book, not sure if it was because of download issues but the text was spread over pages and the illustrations. It is a shame as I am a huge fan of Katie and passionate about everything she has done. The book cover is eye-catching and appealing and would spark my interest if in a bookshop. Thank you very much to the author, publisher and Netgalley for this ARC.

Katie Piper is such a beautiful soul. In this collection of affirmations and quotes, Piper offers gentle guidance and reminders of what living well, with love compassion and integrity, looks like. It’s a sweet read which could easily be a bedside book for picking up when you need a lift or reading straight through as I did. There were no great revelations but I don’t think there needed to be. In a world where we’re encouraged to strive for more, sometimes it’s nice to be reminded of the fundamentals of humanity.
