Muffin But the Truth is Bakeshop Mystery #16. I have only read the first in this series but it can easily be read as a stand alone.
Torte is a pastry shop set in Ashland, Oregon. Juliet Capshaw, the owner runs the popular bakery in town. It’s a favorite hangout for many locals, including those involved in the famous Oregon Shakespeare Festival.
When the bake shop gets hired to cater a private company’s weekend trip along the Rogue River, things get really complicated when one of the employees is found floating in the river.
I really enjoyed this series and hope to read it in its entirety.
This book was offered to me for my honest review. Thank you to NetGalley and to the publisher.
