This novel was so good! Perfect for curling up by the fire with a blanket and reading! I loved the main characters they were so much fun to read about. Two broken people trying to find their way and fix themselves. I could picture a vision of the ranch from the wonderful writing of the author.
I would love to see more of Saige and Colt like a series of the ranch being fixed up!
This was my first book by this author, but I look forward to more books by Ciara Knight. Thanks to #Netgalley for the ARC!

Thank you Author Collective 20 and Netgalley for this arc in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own.

Honestly… this book was not it for me. Lack depth and progress. The main character was very much despicable. I don’t like her at all. The guy was nice, but I really hate the heroine.

Disappointing.

(4⭐️’s) This may have minor SPOILERS so be warned🚩

It’s that time of year!! Bring on the Holidays.
Taking place in the month of December, the H and h both have pasts they’re trying to work through. They end up meeting at the h ranch and form a connection like no other. Both needing to find their true selves, they turn to each other and end up finding more than what they bargained for.

THE H (Colt): Even though he was a playboy, I really enjoyed his character. I loved how respectful he was of the h and how he knew she was something special from the start.

THE h (Saige): I liked how she was a strong and independent woman who wouldn’t take the H crap and told it how it was. Little-by-little she started to let him in and open her heart again. My only complaint is how I wished she would have showed her ex a little more of that strong, tough woman I enjoyed reading.

SIDE CHARACTERS: All I can say is that I’m happy the h realizes that Thomas wasn’t really a bad guy, they just wanted different things in life. And don’t get me started on Trevor, the h ex. I didn’t like him in the beginning when the h first started thinking about him and I definitely didn’t like him in the end. I just wish the h would have kicked him where it hurt because he needed it.

FAVORITE QUOTE: This is kinda of deep but soo true. The h is talking to the H. “Stupidity deserves suffering.” “Wow, thats harsh. Who told you that?” She averted her gaze, unable to share that she’d coined that phrase herself in the boardroom. “Doesn’t matter.”

ENDING: HEA

TRIGGERS: Cheating (this happened to the h in the past. It’s off page but we’re told about it in detail).

STANDALONE: This story is a standalone but there are parts of this book that are based on the h great great great great grandmother (I hope I got that right) Francine McKinnie. She and her sisters have their own series called McKinnie Mail Order Bride and book 5 is Francine’s story. You don’t have to read them to enjoy this one but it will give you the backstory to the h family.

OVERALL: Loved this. It read nicely and if there were any errors I didn’t notice. What I did notice was how I would smile every time the H and h would hold hands. It’s always the hands for me. Anyways, if you’re looking for a a cozy book to read for the holidays then I would recommend giving this one a try.

Happy Reading🖤

Oh and I received an ARC from NetGalley but this review is 100% all me.

They meet after he's left behind by a group of billionaire men who spend their time drinking and partying. She's come home to her mother's family ranch after cancelling her wedding. What seems like an unlikely match blossoms into true love.

She makes him realize what true love and commitment means while he helps her come to terms with her past.

A fun and lighthearted holiday story about the meaning of love and family.

I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Holiday romances just make me happy. I think it is the get away from it all themes that make it all work. Obviously, I am not the only one with entire channels dedicated to Christmas romance.

This story offers many of the standard plots in a romance we see, but Knight added so much more to bring the warm and fuzzies to the heart. Strong and unique characters that you actually like. Colt is kind, strong, and sexy as sin. The two together reflect a perfect symmetry as they work towards finding what they need to thrive.

The Cowboy Christmas Charm gives you a bit of nostalgia, personal growth, plenty of romance, and a wonderful happily ever after that leaves you smiling. Knight captures your heart with this romantic cowboy Christmas story..

Cute story about a couple running away from their former live stile that meet in the strangest situation and in a perfect, but neglected, ranch.

Saige McKinnie realizes her life has become a search for money and power in the business world, distancing herself from love and real commitment the moment his now ex-fiance brings her a prenup minutes before their wedding. He is a good man, but he sees their wedding just like a fusion that needs a contract. She decides to go back to her mother's family ranch to gain perspective and reconnect with the girl she was a long time ago.

Colt Whitworth has no respect for his father and his demands, not in his private life or in business. But after his last mischief, he realizes he has been his worst to punish him, and he vows to stop and mend his life.
He was in an old but cozy ranch in Wyoming when a shotgun wakes him to that reality.

This is a nice story, quick to read, a bit predictable, but romantic.

Colt goes out with his new friends to a ranch. He is not a happy man; he does want to work for his father and has been asked to leave his home.
Saige McKinnie was dress and ready for her wedding when her fiancé asks her to sign a prenup. She calls off the wedding and returns to her mother's ranch. She needs to connect with her roots.
Colt is asleep in the porch swing after being drunk all night. When Saige sees the ranch house in a mess, she makes him help clean up. Since Colt is OCD he doesn't have a problem cleaning up. They work together to get the ranch cleaned up and some repairs done. Colt doesn't come clean with who he really is and this causes problems.

I enjoyed this book and getting to know the characters. When her fiancé brings in the prenup minutes before she is to walk down the aisle, Saige realizes that she wants more than a merger and joining of assets with her husband. She goes to her deceased mother's ranch to get away and gain some perspective. Colt was on a getaway of his own and renting the ranch house. Initially, they appear to be total opposites but this time gives them both the opportunity to determine what they really want in their future and to face their pasts. I read this book on Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.

A contemporary story. There must have been a lot of inflation because now it's not just enough for the hero to be a millionaire he has to be son of a billionaire. It's a clean story, I wonder if it's part of a series because I had unanswered questions about the hero's parents. I think I'd prefer a bit more action!

This was such a beautiful heartfelt story, one which had wonderful characters, has the ranch as a perfect backdrop and where two lost souls collide. I really loved the idea of the cowboy Christmas charm and the history behind it.

After Saige walks away from her wedding, she wants nothing more to do with men, especially the rich, swaggering kind who think women are nothing but a business transaction. When she comes upon Colt at her family ranch, she tries hard to resist him but he makes it very difficult! As for Colt, he learns the hard way that keeping secrets is not a good thing where Saige is concerned!!

I have read a few books by Ciara Knight and am never disappointed. I recieved an ARC of this book via NetGalley and I am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

The Cowboy Christmas Charm is the first book I have read by this author, and while it is not the kind of book I would normally read based on the blurb, I was pulled in by the secret billionaire trope.

Colt Whitworth has no desire to take over the family business. To escape his father’s disappointment he joins the Billionaire Bad Boys club where he jet sets to Wyoming and hides out on a secluded ranch.

Jilted bride, Saige McKinnie abandons her life after realizing she has turned into the one person she never wanted to be—her father. A man who only cares about money and never family. To feel closer to her mother, she heads to the family ranch in hopes of connecting with her past by unraveling the story of her most beloved possession from her mother, the Cowboy Christmas Charm.

The ranch is in shambles, but with no purpose in life, Colt decides to pose as a homeless ranch hand. He soon discovers he’s found a new passion for the lifestyle and for Saige. But when she discovers he’s a rich playboy can she forgive the lie and the realization he’ll never live up to the legend of the Cowboy Christmas Charm?

This was a nice, quick read, finished in just under 90 minutes. The plot was thoroughly predictable, as with most romance novels, and the characters and situations they found themselves in were not too far fetched.

Thank you to NetGalley for a copy of this book in return for my honest review.

The Cowboy Christmas Charm is charming! Saige McKinnie comes from a legacy of strong women, but she has lost her way. Taking a break from life, she finds Colt Whitworth camped out at her family ranch. He, too, is running from his life as a billionaire bad boy. Neither know of the other, but they find their way to each other and to love. They seem to have an instant connection but keep their secrets hidden. Yes, those secrets start to come out as they get to know each other, but Colt holds part of his back. It is kind of a deal breaker.

Funny that Colt encourages Saige to meet her past head on while continuing to hole back. The ending is adorable as Colt decides to meet his past head on and try to win Saige back.

I had read Hannah and Eli’s story in Love on the Border. The connection from past to present is there as Ciara Knight includes the past books of the series to the contemporary branch of the family. Anytime I find a Ciara Knight book, it is added to my collection.
