I enjoyed reading All the Days of Summer by Nancy Thayer and would recommend this to anyone who enjoys a good beach/easy-going read, women's fiction and just satisfying storytelling. Set primarily in Nantucket, the beach atmosphere is always a favorite location for me. I followed, rejoiced, and cried for Heather as a mom, as a wife, and as a woman and her journey through each of those roles, and her potential future daughter-in-law, Kailee. I was pulling for Kailee at the same time I disliked her and had to wonder if I was being too hard on her. A satisfying read that will keep you interested through to the last page.

I am grateful to Nancy Thayer and Ballentyne books as well as NetGalley, who provided this advanced readers copy in exchange for an honest review. I would love to read more of this author's books, and look forward to picking up her backlist!!

I'm a huge Nancy Thayer fan and I can honestly say that she hit it out of the park with her latest novel All the Days of Summer! This book is quintessentially everything that I love about Nancy's books. I love the setting on Nantucket, the beautiful descriptions of the island and a compelling story that keeps me reading to find out what happens. Some of the other books by this author build slowly, but this one grabbed me right from the beginning and I enjoyed every page.

This book would be a perfect summer read. Light, easy enough to set down and pick up or read for an entire afternoon at the beach. I enjoyed it immensely! Thank you NetGalley and Ballantine books for an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.

This is one of those books you don’t want to ever end! I loved this sweet, heartfelt read. The characters really came to life for me and I enjoyed immersing myself in each of their stories. Her descriptive powers are unparalleled. I could sense all of the Nantucket beauty. Some books just hit you at the right moment and this did it for me… so lovely.

I have read every one of Nancy Thayer’s novels. All the days of Summer can be added to her list of having both wonderful plot and characterizations. She allows her characters to evolve from their inner conflicts and show themselves as having both good and not so good parts of their personality. This novel gives us romance, grief, and a beautiful summer on Nantucket. Thank you again Ms. Thayer.

This is a quick read by a talented author. This story is about family...a son who falls in love with a woman his mother does not LOVE...his father and mother are divorcing. Her parents own their own business, and the couple works for them. The son was supposed to work in his family's business, but he chose not to. The story becomes somewhat convoluted, but eventually, it is discerned that families have problems...they work them out. Sadness and happiness...starting over. Nantucket is the setting for this novel. The story is more than just a light romance; it is deeper at times...deeper meanings. Relationships develop; some dissolve. There are times in this book when I was teary eyed. This is a delightful read. The book was sent to me electronically for review by Netgalley. Thanks to the publisher and the author. Enjoy this book...
