This book is so sweet! It has beautiful illustrations, a sweet song and a bible verse. It brought back so many memories. It would make the perfect gift for any child. I loved it!

This was sweet super! Perfect gift for a young child. I adored the illustrations as well as the songs listed. The accompanying Bible verses made this book perfect! The whole book gave me a nice sense of nostalgia. Highly recommended!

We absolutely adore this book. It brought back many childhood memories for me with the beloved songs like “Jesus Loves Me”: As usual those amazing Precious Moments illustrations when there to add to this amazing book. This is one you will want to cherish with your little ones. I received this as an ARC but it will for sure be bought and added to our collection at home.

Precious Moments has always been my favorite. This is a cute Bible Songbook that has many lullaby’s that can be used at bed time or nap time!

This was enjoyable and cute, but difficult to find the right tune without sheet music to go along with the words.

I had forgotten many of these songs and some I don’t remember at all. Any child (or adult) would love to receive this cute book.

If you grew up in the Precious Moments generation, you will love going back in time in illustrations, old familiar songs and the verses that support them. A great read at bedtime to quiet and reflect on the goodness of God with your children.

This board book has song lyrics for a variety of traditional Christian songs. Some of them are specifically children's songs, and others are for all ages. The illustrations are cute and diverse, and the book credits known writers for some songs and classifies others related to their culture of origin. There are a number of African American spirituals included.

The book updates the language in a few of the songs, most notably "Jesus Loves the Little Children." I had just recently been thinking about how people will stop singing that because of the outdated description of skin colors. This version says "All the children of the earth / They are precious since their birth," and I thought that worked well at first, but then I was like, "DANG IT! They were precious before their birth, too!"

This book only includes the lyrics to these songs, and there is no sheet music. Parents who are musically knowledgeable and kids who want to learn to play these songs will need to look elsewhere for musical scores. If someone is looking for a children's hymnal with sheet music, I would recommend "My First Hymnal: 75 Bible Songs and What They Mean," by Karyn Henley. It has been out of print for years, but there are plenty of affordable copies on the used market.

This songbook will appeal to fans of the Precious Moments illustrations, and to people who are looking for a simple way to introduce popular traditional Christian songs to their children. The design is very nice, and this will be a great nostalgic choice for parents and grandparents who grew up with Precious Moments characters.

Such a cute book of Bible songs with amazing lovely illustrations. The presentation is so well done. Sing along with the kids in the morning and before bed. Perfect for gifting I say!
