Back to my belief that business books are often a dime-a-dozen here, as we explore a lot of common sense business practices around change management. The plus side of reading this book is that it was organized logically, provided a decent framework for understanding change management practices, and logical and progressive steps for addressing the most common issues you'll face as you attempt to pivot or "right the ship" so to speak. If you know nothing about managing change, then this might be a good step to better understanding how to apply a logical approach to your situation.
I don't think that I've met a successful business manager who doesn't love a list and my love of lists is also at the forefront as we examine the case for successful changes and apply this lens to the majority of industries out there, who are at their core, often more similar than not.
