Slow to read but highly descriptive, the story immerses you in well set scenes. History buffs will love it.

A tale of the Bronte family that I found fascinating for its fantasy element, I had not considered the Bronte family as a suitable subject for fantasy before and I was proved wrong about that. Emily takes a walk and finds a wounded stranger whom she helps, and the events just get stranger from then on. A wonderful story that had me riveted until I had finished the novel. Highly recommended.
