Dirty Thirty makes more than 30 Stephanie Plum novels by the talented Janet Evanovich. As usual the book was filled with several mysteries to be solved, FTAs with comical crimes to be captured, some explosions, some life or death situations, and some pretty big surprises. In this volume, Stephanie, a Bond Enforcer who flies by the seat of her pants, was tasked with bringing in a failed jewel thief and hired privately by the jeweler to locate a missing security guard whom he suspected of stealing additional jewels. In the midst of her many skip trace cases, Stephanie worked with Ranger, Connie, Lula and Grandma Mazer to solve the lingering questions about the jewel thefts all while babysitting Bob for Morelli, who was out of town to testify in a trial. I was frequently amused while reading this book and there were some really surprising twists for Stephanie near the end of this novel. If you are a Stephanie Plum fan, you’ll love the antics of Stephanie’s crew, and if you aren’t a Stephanie Plum fan, you should be! These books are part mystery, part comedy, a splash of suspense, and a pinch or two of romance. There is something for everyone! Other than some kissing and references to spice, this book barely registers on the spice meter. With the cliffhanger at the end of the book, I will be anxiously waiting for Thirty-one. I am voluntarily leaving this honest review after reading an advanced complementary copy of this book thanks to Netgalley and Atria Books.

I have only read the first book in this series so I was exited to see a lot of the characters from the first book still in Stephanie's life. I was not so happy about this Ranger guy though lol. This book has a cliffhanger and I honestly can't wait to see what happens in book 31. It doesn't look like Stephanie Plum is done going after bond jumpers any time soon.

Thank you NetGalley and Atria Books for them opportunity to read and review this book.

I received this book free of charge from NetGalley in exchange for my honest review.

Stephanie Plum is back at it in her latest book. This time Stephanie has to find Duncan Dugan who robbed a jewelry shop. The same day Andy Mankey goes missing along with some diamonds from the same jewelry store that was robbed. As always cars get destroyed and things on are on fire.

The book kept me entertained and I like little twists that happens with Ranger and Morelli. Can't wait to see where that goes.

Finally! We get some movement on the Ranger vs. Morelli conundrum. This book is a delight and sure to please Stephanie Plum (or if you're like me: Lula) fans. The storyline is fast paced and will have you laughing out loud.

Dirty Thirty is the latest in the amazingly funny Stephanie Plum series by the queen of laugh out loud mysteries, Janet Evanovich. Once again Stephanie finds herself in a bit of a pickle and with Lula as her backup what could possibly go wrong. Will Stephanie finally pick between Morelli and Ranger? Read Dirty Thirty to find out. This was a very entertaining and action packed story and I can’t wait to read what happens next with Stephanie.
I loved this story especially the fact that Bob had such a big and important role. I highly recommend this story and the whole series for that matter to anyone who likes a funny story with some action.

I read Stephanie Plum because sometimes you just need predictable as a palate cleanser between books. She's fun and formulaic and that's not always a bad thing. Stephanie is at her usual variations of "best", but she might even be getting a little better. This time around Evanovich throws just enough curve balls to keep it interesting and to make sure I'll be reaching for the next book.

The thing that people like about this series is that nothing ever changes. No one ages, no major decisions are made, no life changes, nothing. You know exactly what you are getting if you pick up any book in the series. The plot has a formula, supported by a cast of characters that each have a very tight list of characteristics that never changes. I mean, even the dog Bob, has a distinct, over-the-top formula now. There is only one change to this:

Stephanie's mom gets a chance to leave the kitchen and shine in her Camry.

Review's talk about the "cliff-hanger" at the end of the novel, but readers of the series will know that we've faced this before and there will be no choice made in the next one.

#TeamRanger all the way

Stephanie Plum novels are always a great, quick read that will leave you amused by the things she and Lula get involved in. This one has them running all over the place, even leaving Trenton, chasing down a skip and a person she was hired to find. Reoccurring series FTA’s show up and so does my favorite person, Ranger! Morelli is also involved. It’s always a blast to go back and visit these characters again, 30 books and it’s still so much fun. Side note? That ending!! I need book 31 asap!

Book Thirty in this series still entertains me! Most of what happens is so implausible that it's hysterical! But the ending... cliff hanger, Double cliff hanger!!

DIrty Thirty is the thirtieth book in the Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich. While you don't necessarily have to have read all of the 29 books before it to know what's happening, you shouldn't start reading the series with this book.

I voluntarily read an advanced copy of Dirty Thirty by Janet Evanovich. All thoughts and opinions are my own. Thank you to NetGalley and Atria Books for this ARC.

Dirty Thirty was the most enjoyable Stephanie Plum book in a while. I was fully engaged in the chaos that is Stephanie's bounties this time around, and I just had a lot of fun reading this book. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys this series. I give Dirty Thirty 4/5 stars and look forward to reading book thirty-one.

Bounty hunter Stephnie Plum is keeping herself busy since her boyfriend Morelli is away in Miami. Now she is trying to earn money for her bills and then she picks up a side job with a local jeweler who was robbed. Along with Lula the relationship with Ranger and her still thinking about Morelli. Her grandmother only adds to the story. Then you add in the grave robbers who are helping her look for a body but well? You get it this is a fantastic book. Then just when you think she has everything figured out the ending will still get you going only with her. Wonderful characters, along with the flow of words that stay true to each character this is a book to read.

Dirty Thirty has a little bit of everything: a jewelry store heist, a demon stalker, a couple firebombs, and of course, the love triangle between Stephanie, Joe, and Ranger.

The series is pretty formulaic, with a main mystery, and Stephanie and Lula getting up to their usual antics, as bail bond enforcement officers, in between, but it works. The mystery in Dirty Thirty was creative with plenty of twists and unexpected surprises along the way.

What I love most about these books is the humor and there is no shortage of that. Bob the dog steals the show with his neverending appetite and Stephanie and Lula’s friendship is put to the test when they become unexpected roommates.

The book ends on a cliffhanger and I cannot wait to see what happens in book number 31!

I received a complimentary copy of this book via Netgalley. Opinions expressed in this review are my own opinions.

I have been obsessed with Stephanie Plum and her crew since One for the Money, and I was not let down by Dirty Thirty. It's the only book series that can keep me excited and smiling from the first page to last. Except when Morellli is involved, I'm firmly team Ranger.

The book is just a fun read with a vast array of unique characters that will make you love them.

When I was notified through NetGalley I received an early review copy of Janet Evanovich's next Stephanie Plum novel, Dirty Thirty, I barely managed to keep myself from calling my mom to gloat. We both love this series and I was NOT disappointed by Dirty Thirty. In fact, I think it helped move the series back up on my list as it got me re-excited for the drama, antics, relationships and craziness that weren't as present for me in the past few books.

Dirty Thirty brings back our favorite bounty hunter, Stephanie Plum, as she works to figure out not just the current mystery in front of her, but her professional and personal lives as well. The ongoing triangle with Ranger, Stephanie, and Morelli continues to take new directions and leaves you on the verge of thinking you know what's next. Stephanie, Lula and friends manage to somehow survive, if not thrive, in finding the bad guys and avoiding major injury, while keeping you entertained. One of the stronger books in the series lately, I look forward to seeing what's next and how long the series can continue to thrive.

A solid 4.5/5 stars

Three cheers for Dirty Thirty! So, here's the deal. Should I be tired of reading about Stephanie and Lulu's adventures? Probably. But am I tired of reading about bail bonds, car damage, her love triangle, Bob the big fluffy dog, endless greasy and yummy food, and Ranger? Nope. No, I am not. These books are like brain candy, and I look forward to the annual installment for what it is; the chance to relax and rewind in the world of the Burg. This one mainly involves a few robberies that might be connected. Stephanie and Lulu use their wonderful brand of law enforcement and humor to get to the bottom of it. As always, I smiled my way through this read, and was bummed when it was over. Until next year!
