My oldest son loves the Narwhal and Jelly series! I was so excited to see this new addition on NetGalley. This book is shore full of oceany fun and promotes dental hygiene!

Narwhal and Jelly are the best pairing since peanut butter and jelly. I love how sweet and open their friendship is, and that they're close even though they're so different. Narwhal reminds me of Poppy from trolls, just endlessly cheerful and optimistic, and sometimes a bit simple. Other ocean creatures bring diverse personalities. In this volume, we see Crab and Shark.

The illustrations are simply colored, with focus on the text and the characters' expressions.

I will read these forever, with or without my kiddos.

Another fabulous adventure for best buddies, Narwhal and Jelly! This time Narwhal's been eating a few too many sweets and his tooth (tusk) isn't looking so great. The story is adorable. The illustrations are fabulous (as always)! And the puns are right on point. Kids are gonna eat this one up!

Ben Clanton books should grace every book shelf! He is a brilliant children's author, and Narwhal and Jelly Books are just amazing. We loved this newest addition and can't wait to have the physical copy to join our other ones.

Narwhal's Sweet Tooth will educate its young readers about the importance of dental hygiene while entertaining all the way. Every single page spread in this 80 page graphic novel is chock full of hilarious drawings and word puns, making the underlying message go down quite easily. Kids of all ages will love it. My toddler had a blast with this new edition of Narwhals adventures. Very timely as she is learning how to take care of her teeth. I love how the story incorporates why you would need to care for them, especially with what we eat. And Jelly is always such an honest good friend. I love their banter! I also enjoy being able to break the book up into multiple reads, which the mini-stories inside.

Great book for toddlers, and kids alike. I enjoy seeing my daughter light up with Narwhal!!

Even with the ninth installment of the Narwhal and Jelly series, the pals continue to entertain with a punny adventure. An important lesson about dental hygiene is convincingly conveyed by the shark, who is of course an expert in keeping many teeth clean. Jelly is also trying to teach Narwhal to frown. But Narwhal examines which emotion feels more true to his nature. Besides the fun story, the pleasing color palette and interesting facts embedded in the book all add up to another solid addition in this early chapter book graphic novel series.

So sweet it's sure to give you a cavity :)

I was surprised that we had gotten all the way to #9 in this series, I missed all the holiday related ones, apparently. The cute friendship continues. In this installment there is a lot of factual information woven into the plot including: dental hygiene, narwhal tusks, and shark teeth. It has some good moments and themes, but probably not one kids would want to read more than a few times. ARC from NetGalley

Another home run for Narwhal and Jelly! These books have always been a favorite of mine and my sons to read together. He has the whole collection on his bookshelf.
Narwhal has a problem with his tooth! Jelly talks Narwhal through what could have been the reason for his tooth woahs. Along the way Narwhal remains his cheerful, positive self. The story has the perfect amount of education about teeth and how to take care of them thrown in for good measure. I would recommend to anyone who are fans of this series. We will be adding this lovely addition to our collection at home.

The funny thing about getting to read this one in particular today is that I had to go to the dentist for a filling! So Narwhal was a big mood.

The illustrations are adorable, and there’s just enough “educational” sprinkled in!! Brilliant job!

Best buddies Narwhal and Jelly are back! Even with a mysteriously cracked horn, Narwhal is in great spirits. Shark and Jelly try their best to help Narwhal with some tooth care tips, and as usual, this joyful pair ends the book with a silly, but happy, ending.

At first I was skeptical about the "brush your teeth" theme, especially after we gazed longingly at the delicious sweets adorning the cover, however my lower elementary aged children had no complaints about the story. I suppose a narwhal's tooth is far enough removed from their own tooth brushing trials that it was viewed as simply a good story instead of a lesson in dental care.

We love Clanton's puns, word play, and slap happy jokes and always look forward to their Narwhal and Jelly's next adventures. Narwhal's innocent, glass-half-full character is a breath of fresh air. Narwhal's Sweet Tooth is a solid addition to the series.

Another successful Narwhal and Jelly title that is sure to fly off the shelves. Theme of dental health following the Halloween title is a little not subtle but still lots of fun.
