I liked this book but was disappointed in the recipies. They were not simple and I didn't really find a lot that I would want to try.

I’m not a big drinker but I do love the occasional cocktail. This book has some amazing drink recipes for all sorts of occasions! Also some fun stuff in each chapter. (Ex. Gratitude jar for thanksgiving to go with the holiday drinks)

What a fun book! This would be a perfect gift for any one that's a party of two - wedding, anniversary, or even a great housewarming gift for a first time home buyer. Everyone needs a cute cocktail book for their bar cart! Cute titles for the drinks too!

This book is cheeky, I'll say that. I love the idea of cocktail recipes for two - that's a great niche! The cocktail names were a bit much for me, but I think this book would be a great gift for a wedding, anniversary, or special couple or partner in your life.

This is a great book for those who are newly engaged/living together, or anyone who wants to start a cocktail game with their spouse. The layout is strong and easy to follow. I particularly liked the "You're the KeyLime to my Pie" and the "Pucker Up Raspberry Sour". It would definitely be fun to do with a friend/spouse who also drinks, mine does not. You could adapt these to being non-alcoholic with spirit free spirits pretty easily. It is a good book of basics with twists, has a good mix of cocktails and techniques, and has some fun date ideas to go along with them.

This collection of classic drinks is meant to have you connect with your partner whether you're starting to date or have been together for years. It's sweet and creative.

Yum! So many cocktails so little time. I loved the photography of this book and thought the recipie were very creative and fresh. Loved trying a few after a long days work as a little night cap.

This book of cocktail recipes for two includes a few ideas for date nights and conversation starters. The quanitites in the recipes make enough for two drinks. The photography is beautiful, and there's a nice mix of classic and updated cocktails.

Nothing beats a great cocktail recipe book, except maybe one specifically for making drinks for two! I love the idea of social drinking, and have recipes set up to serve two individuals is such a great idea. Lots to try, and there are quite a few I have added to my try list.

This book thought of everything and will be a new go to gift for anniversaries, weddings, house warming and even holidays!

There's date ideas, recommendations like music playlists, movies to watch, board games to play and so much more!

I need this physical copy for our home and will be pairing it with a deck of {THE AND} cards for a wedding gift stat...

I’ve always wanted to improve my cocktail making skills and Kindred Spirits was the perfect book to inspire and educate me. The recipes were very well curated and I loved how they were organized by theme. I found them to be elevated but still approachable for the newcomer. The photographs captured the cocktails beautifully and the styling was superb. With Kindred Spirits on hand, I now feel more confident in my skills to craft the perfect cocktail!

Such a wonderful concept for a cocktail book. I love the playful names for the cocktails and the photographs that accompany them are beautiful. I also really enjoyed the date night ideas paired with the cocktails - definitely makes the book more unique than just a regular cocktail book. I feel like it would make a super cute anniversary gift.

I appreciate the dual meaning of the title of this book on cocktails…and the drinks look pretty good too!

The cocktails are organized by occasion. For example there are A Classic Dinner Date; Game Night; and Holidays & Special Occasions among others. A few of the cocktails are “Hemingway to My Heart; Amoretto Spice; Straw BAE & Balsamic; and It Takes Two to Mango.” There is also helpful information on stocking a bar. In addition, there are lots of fun things. For example in the first section there are a playlist and a quiz to do with a partner.

This book will be a real treat for its audience. Raise your glasses.

Love this! The cocktails are very fun and the recipes are great and easy to follow. The drinks are absolutely delicious and are perfect for any night in at home or when having friends over!

With great recipes and a vintage feel, this was a fun book to experience!
Not only does this have date night suggestions, but also fun ideas for any small gathering. The drinks look delicious, with some exotic ingredients and some that can be home made. The pictures remind me of a vintage cookbook or a high end 70s photo shoot. Fun to look at with an air of elegance.

Beautiful layout and photography and easy to source and follow recipes. I loved the date night ideas thrown in as well. I was able to make quite a few of the featured cocktails without needing to make a trip to the store, which is always nice.

This is a really well conceived idea for a cocktail book. This would be the perfect gift for a new couple.

I love making cocktails for myself and my husband, so I was very interested in checking this out and trying a few recipes without having to adjust the ingredient amounts. The book is divided into several date categories: A Classic Dinner Date, Game Night, Cozy Night In, Summer Lovin,’ The Morning After, Holidays & Special Occasions, and Double Dates. In addition to the guides and instructions, there are striking, vibrant drink photos and some fun, cute couples’ activity suggestions. I have made a few of the beverages and am keen to mix some more. This is a book of cutesy drink recipes and date ideas. While entertaining, most of the drinks are something I might make once, if at all. The inclusion of the date ideas is a nice touch.
