Picked this book because all of a sudden everyone is having issues with people at work that I feel never existed 5-6 years ago. My mother, my friends, even I have faced some issues with adults behaving badly at work.

This was useful. It provided some super easy to understand psychological and sociological information about why this occurs, how it spreads across an employee pool, and what it satisfies in a the bullies.

There were a lot of helpful tips on dealing with bullies, but nothing that is rewriting the tablets. I do wish there were more practical resources for legal escalation.
