The Jasmine Guillory preview did not disappoint. Most of the other titles were already out when I downloaded.

I love samplers like this one for putting new books on my radar. This did not disappoint, as I added several upcoming romance novels to my TBR, including First-Time Caller by B. K. Borrison. This is a great read for any romance genre fans out there!
Thank you to NetGalley and Publisher's Lunch Buzz Books for an advanced copy of this book in exchange for my honest review!

The books that are included in collections like these are helpful to libraries when we are not completely sure as to what books we should add to our catalog. There are various tools that we use, and this is just an extra one that we have access to.

Always such a great peak into what is coming out. I love referring to these previews to get me excited for what is to come and to build my TBR.

This edition is light on my preferred genre, historical fiction. I was still interested in seeing what is coming up, though!

This was a great way to learn about new authors and upcoming books. I wasn't sure what to expect when I first got this. However it's been great reading some authors I have been interested in checking out without the commitment of an entire book. I will definitely look forward to the next launch. I also really liked how you can ask for the galley of the book once you have finished the chapter. It also helped to streamline what you read by having it organized by genre. I could check out what I was interested in without having to go through genres I wasn't normally into.

This was so fun. I enjoyed reading about this thoughtfully chosen collection of books releasing over the next year. I had heard of a couple of the titles, but the rest were entirely new to me. Some of the books started with a little summary-style introduction, and others jumped right into the excerpts. I found it helpful to read a little of each book and get a feel for each author’s style, and this gave me a much better idea of which books I would like to read (and which ones aren’t as good of a fit for me personally).
Thank you to NetGalley for letting me read an eARC of this title so that I could give my honest review.

Thank you to Netgalley for this condensed version of snippets of various types of romance books releasing in 2024. This gives the reader an idea whether they want to request the full book on Netgalley. Perfect for Viracious readers.

📚Good taste of novels not on my radar🙂
This compendium of romance novel sample chapters was a great way to try new authors for their writing style and their books for the plots. I liked the way the volume identified the subgenre of each sample so I could concentrate on the categories I most prefer. And something I've not seen before: this issue identifies stories by the age category of the targeted reader (Adult, New Adult and Young Adult. About half of the samples I read turned out to make me want to find and read the entire novel.
Thanks to Publishers Lunch BUZZ BOOKS and NetGalley for sharing a complimentary copy with me; this is my voluntary and honest opinion.

My TBR grew to an alarming length after reading this! I appreciate that it was compiled by genre/trope and also by age/category. Thank you for putting this together!

This is a Great way to find books. I got this so I can discover more authors. Links are included so you request an arc.

I’ve recently started reading excerpts. It’s an easy way to quickly decide if a book is for me instead of requesting it then realizing a chapter in one of the characters annoys me or an undisclosed topic is not my trope. Of course, one of the issues with excerpts is that it can pull you in quickly then you don’t want to put the book down when the excerpt is over. That’s a good thing.
I enjoyed the way this sampler was setup. There are 21 romance titles included. It had sections for the various subgenres (Contemporary, Paranormal, Sports, etc.), so if you want to you can skip through to the type of romance that interests you. I went through each one and read the summary and when interested I continued with the rest of the excerpt. I found several books that I had previously considered for my TBR and these excerpts answered whether they should be on the list or if I needed to boot them. I also added a few that I hadn’t considered but caught my attention as I read through the samples. Overall I only chose four books, but I am picky when it comes to romance
Thank you to Netgalley and Publishers Lunch Buzz Books for a copy provided for an honest review.

Thank you so much for releasing this fantastic source for all the best inside info on upcoming romance titles. I greatly appreciate it. I always find new books to add to my TBR! Thank you again.

Some fun ones in here- I always want more from these short stories, but I guess that’s the point! Jasmines might have been my favorite but a fun summer roundup across the board.

Each of these stories was fantastic! A great collaboration of stories that work well together and have all the best tropes.

It's nice to get a preview of upcoming books. This was so helpful for choosing what to request or put on my TBR.

good preview of what's to come yet this year! I read a few of the previews and am excited to see what's to come!

As always, these samplers are great for getting new titles on my radar. Not sure if they're so great for my unending TBR though lol

An excellent resource for romance fans wanting to know about upcoming reads with sample chapters.
Beware your TBR!

Romance sampler
Thank you to NetGalley for the opportunity to checkout this romance sampler. Like a box of chocolates we get a taste of new release and upcoming romances.
I like the fact that this includes a blurb about each book as well as a chapter or so of each book and a link to request the book from NetGalley.
Unfortunately most of these books don’t appeal to me although I appreciate the inclusion of Bipoc authors and queer literature. The few books that have already been released as of this review (11/13/24) that I have read have all been various forms of disappointment so I don’t have much hope for the other included.
