Told from Dual POV’s! But not WHO you’d think 👀
Gwen:
Since Caleb came crashing into her life, they have been inseparable and completely head over heels for each other. So walking down the aisle, at Christmas time, should be a piece of cake. But when Gwen gets the opportunity to present her research findings at a huge Conference, days before their wedding- everyone insists she goes and that they have the wedding handled.
Jenny:
Jennys life is one train wreck after another. After blowing her best friend’s big secret last year, and almost losing her- Jenny is determined to be the best maid of honor ever. Despite the fact that her career has stalled, her boss is a jerk, she takes the opportunity to follow Caleb and report on him. Of course, this comes with being in close proximity to Caleb’s body guard, Dean. Who cannot stand her. But when the wedding ceremony is threatened to be over before it even starts- Dean and Jenny need to team up to help take down Caleb’s stalker.
This was such a great book. I loved the dual POV (Gwen’s and Jenny’s). I loved the action scenes. And I loveddddd when the enemies became lovers 🧡

Cute holiday read! This is book 2 but can be read as a standalone. I loved the dual pov. Quick read! I loved that the author made both a spicy & non spicy version of this book so it can be suitable for all her readers.

The plot was great until the very end and then you lost me, the kidnapping plot was a bit much.
I was hoping for more of softer version related to the stalker thing.
I felt like alot of the character development was not fleshed out well. I didnt really like Caleb, his actions weren't really justified for me. He was way too controlling. I did love Jenny and her lover interest and their story - it felt more fleshed out.
Yet, could not put the book down loL !!
thank you to net galley for the ARC in exchange for an honest review *

Did not finish I was unabke to finish book not particularly sure why just didn’t seem to meet my wishes…………… needs more character development

This was such a cute holiday read! I was able to read this even though I hadn’t read the first book! This book had the perfect amount of suspense, spice and a sweet holiday rom com all wrapped into one!

The plot of the book was good but I struggled with the dual POV at the beginning as it was very back and forth. It also felt like alot was going on but not alot at the same time. Not a bad book just didn’t feel as necessary after how the first book ended. But a cute holiday book all the same.

Started off on a weird note and just didn’t pick up the way I wanted it to. I couldn’t connect with the characters or feel invested in the story. Overall not a bad book, just not the book for me.

Loved reading this! I don't usually read thrillers, but this was a great book to read during the holiday season. I also loved that there was a spicy and clean version for both types of reader.

I didnt love this book as much as I wanted to! I was hoping it would be the holiday read I was looking for and I just didnt enjoy it as much as I tried. Im glad so many people love it but it was not my cup of tea!

A fun Christmas read. Enjoyed this one, very festive, likeable characters and an interesting plot. Didn’t feel too far fetched and was a perfect accompaniment to the festive period.

I loved this cute little holiday romance! I don’t read a lot of “thrillers” so I was super intrigued about that aspect of this novel! And it did not disappoint, it was wonderfully blended. The novel was very well written and engaging from the start.
Not only were the characters and plot super fun, but I loveeeee a multiple point of view novel. Especially when it comes to romance!
Overall, I would definitely recommend this novel. I can’t wait to read future works by the author!

Spice, fun and a fab good read. I absolutely loved this and they didn't hold back on the promise of the spice either

This was the perfect holiday romance to get ready for December with!!! It had me pulled in from the beginning. It was a cozy mystery and romance wrapped into one and those are two of my favorites genres!
You get to experience two love stories in one book. Gwen and Caleb, as they plan their wedding and Jenny, Gwen’s best friend and her nemesis Dean, who just so happens to be Caleb’s body guard! Their enemies to lovers chemistry was fantastic!! And the banter!!! *chefs kiss*
I loved Gwen’s and Jenny’s dual POV. I thought it might get confusing but it didn’t! I really enjoyed seeing both of their perspectives on every situation like their relationships, careers, and the crazy wedding week. (I would have loved to see from my bestie and husbands POV the week leading up to our wedding lol!)
Oh! Did I mention that the whole “mystery” part was because Jenny and Dean teamed up to track down a stalker!? That was amazing!! 10/10 would recommend this if you’re wanting an exciting read to cosy up with!
Thank you to NetGalley and Melissa Dymond for the arc!

A wonderful read!
This novel drew me in from the very first page and kept me hooked until the end. The characters were vibrant and relatable, the writing was engaging, and the story had just the right balance of heart and humor. Highly recommend!
Many thanks to NetGalley, the author, and the publisher for my ARC. All opinions are my own.

A rom com following Gewn and Caleb, and also Jenny (Gwens best friend) and Dean (Caleb’s bodyguard). While Gewn and Caleb are planning there holiday wedding, is there romance brewing between Jenny and grumpy Caleb??
Altho I haven’t read Holiday Star, you really don’t feel like you are missing reading the first book, unlike some series. A brilliantly written holiday romcom with some suspense and a stalker!

The multiple points of view are such a treat for readers, allowing you to immerse yourself in the story while unraveling the mystery. It also captures the holiday spirit perfectly. I don't think I saw the ending coming to be honest.
It felt like it dragged for the first half of the book though. It took a little while before I could immerse myself into the story and finish reading.

I will always love how Melissa Dymond combines romance and suspense, and this one did great with that!
Such an entertaining and fun read that really draws you in from the start.
Highly recommend for your holiday tbr!

OMG! this book is so steamy and mysterious. You get multiple POVs which is amazing from the perspective of a reader while solving the mystery behind mystery, It also has holiday vibes with open door spice which made me giggle . I loved it to the core and how the things turned out the end was such a surprising fact for me.
To watch Gwen & Caleb go through hardships of planning a wedding amidst all the popularity, fame and busy schedules that it made me realised that no relationship is PERFECT.
A perfect sweet holiday vibe book with a hint of mystery.

”What do you want to call me?” “Mine … I want to call you mine.”
I love dual POV writing, and this one checked the boxes for me! I haven’t yet read Book 1, Holiday Star, but that didn’t take away from my enjoyment of this one because it can be read as a standalone. I also read the spicy version which was *chef’s kiss* perfection in that area!
Holiday Wedding features the POVs of best friends Gwen and Jenny, and I absolutely love that Melissa writes her novels with FMCs you completely fall in love with.
Gwen is getting ready for her upcoming Christmas wedding to Caleb, except both a snowstorm and a stalker put a wrench in her travel plans. Jenny’s career as a reporter is at a standstill, so she flies to New York to write about celebrity Caleb and celebrate her best friend’s wedding, but grumpy bodyguard Dean is making things a little less merry.
Son of a Nutcracker, now what? Gwen is rescued from her stalker with some exciting news for Caleb, and Jenny finally gets the romance she deserves. I’m a sucker for happy endings and maybe I’m a bit biased as a female myself, but do I ever love when the women WIN. Holiday Wedding is the perfect amount of lust and romance, enemies-to-lovers, grumpy x sunshine, forced proximity, soulmates kind of book. And, even though I’m writing this review in April, it brought some much needed holiday magic to a gloomy time of year.
Thank you so much to Dr. Melissa Dymond for trusting me with another one of your ARCs in exchange for an honest review! (Even though my review is terribly late).
