This was everything that I was looking for from a conclusion to the Dirty Diana series. I was glad it concluded in the way that it did and worked with the other two books in the series. I was engaged from start to finish and enjoyed how the characters felt like real people in this world. I thought it worked overall with the way Jen Besser and Shana Feste wrote this and am excited for more from them.

📚: Diana Says Yes by Jen Besser & Shana Feste
⭐️: 4/5

The third book (the last book?) in the Dirty Diana series picks up with Diana & Oliver in therapy. Committed to finding their connection again, they both put aside their fears (and inhibitions) to learn, again, who they are to each other and themselves. Meanwhile, Dirty Diana the brand is taking off, putting the real Diana in an uncomfortable spot as her anonymity is threatened.

Like the other books in this series, this was a quick read and shockingly spicy (although not all spicy is sexy, a few parts honestly made me cringe). Unlike the other books in the series, this one ends with no loose threads — which, honestly, is too bad because yes, I would read another installment.

Thanks to Random House via @netgalley for the digital ARC in exchange for an honest review. Diana Says Yes is out now.

Diana Says Yes by Jen Besser; Shana Feste is the wonderful conclusion to the sizzling Dirty Diana series.
I was completely drawn into Diana’s journey of self-discovery.
These books are so well written and I would bet they will more than likely connect to some on more deeper level.
Such a fun read and it was easy to enjoy the characters.
Everything about this book was absolutely perfect.

𝗗𝗜𝗔𝗡𝗔 𝗦𝗔𝗬𝗦 𝗬𝗘𝗦 is the perfect ending to the 𝘋𝘪𝘳𝘵𝘺 𝘋𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘢 series. This trilogy, based on the fictional podcast voiced by Demi Moore, is an emotional and steamy look at marriage and desire.

I loved that these books are about a mature woman who has the life she thought she's always wanted but realizes her needs have changed. As Diana explores new avenues personally and professionally, she rediscovers herself and redefines her relationships. The series was great to read with my friends Carrie and Michelle, and we all thought found this final installment was a satisfying climax to Diana's story. (Sorry - couldn't help myself!)

Thanks to The Dial Press for the copy to review.

It’s always hard to say goodbye to a series, especially one that has characters you’ve grown to feel invested in.

This has been a roller coaster ride, watching Diana and Oliver navigate their marriage and impending divorce. I struggled with wanting them to be together; they are a family after all, with their daughter, but I did love what Jasper brought out in Diana—her creativity and freedom to express herself.

Okay, so in this final installment, we come back to the beginning - in a way. Oliver and Diana are in couples therapy, and they are dating each other, while still married. But Oliver still doesn’t know the big secret, about Dirty Diana, her podcast, the art, the fantasies. Will it be the breaking point?

I must admit this wasn’t as spicy as the first two, but it took a turn I hadn’t seen coming. And then there was the whole school mom fiasco, which added a bit of humor. This last book had a different feel, maybe because our characters have matured or undergone some self-discovery? Either way, a satisfying goodbye.

WOW. This was Spicy, with a capital S! It was the perfect conclusion to the Dirty Diana trilogy, though. It was fun to live vicariously through Diana, who is learning how to assert herself and reaping the benefits of that process.

It explores her relationships with Oliver and Jasper both, so I felt like all my itches were scratched. And it managed to surprise me, which I loved. (Although, reading the book on the plane had me blushing and angling the Kindle away from my neighbor!)

This was a quick, sexy read. If you've read the first two books - definitely finish off the series!

I could not get enough of this series!

Diana’s life has continued to change since the events of book one, Dirty Diana. She has separated from her husband and reunited with a former fling, her first love, the chaotic, spirited Jasper. Now she is back home and trying to make it work with her husband. During her separation, she is reminded of her younger, sensual self, and she starts up Dirty Diana again. She paints women while interviewing them, explaining their fantasies. Now it is a website that is starting to explode and colliding with her current reality.

This series is different from the genres I read, and I couldn’t get enough. The characters are all fascinating. I loved witnessing the women (Diana, Alicia, and L’Ren) find what makes them happy. They fall into the category of what is viewed as the norm and safe when they realize they are unhappy. During Diana’s separation, she learns to embrace her sexuality that had almost become nonexistent in the trilogy.

Now that Dirty Diana is too big to keep secret, she has to discover how to share that she is Dirty Diana. Not only are the women complex, but so are the men. Although it’s only magnified in Diana’s husband, Oliver, I enjoyed reading about his change, which is all viewed from Diana’s point of view. I loved this trilogy!

Thank you, Netgalley, for the early release!

Diana Says Yes is a fitting ending for the "Diana" trilogy. Not as graphic as the first two books in the series, Diana Says Yes is more character driven-specifically Oliver and Diana as they work on their fractured marriage. But the specter of Jasper is always hovering, and the thought of him can still make Diana weak in the knees. As Diana continues to record women's fantasies and more people become aware of the Dirty Diana website she worries about the reactions of her family and friends (especially Oliver). The Dirty Diana trilogy is imagination on steroids, with fantasies that run from tame to highly charged. And the "handcuffing you to the bathroom sink" tease that has been bantered about since the first installment finally happens. Perhaps it is "expectation colliding with reality," but the scene doesn't get the attention it deserves after such a long lead up. But Diana Says Yes manages to be both fun and thought provoking, exactly as sex should be. So "say yes" as Diana does-you'll be glad you did.

book.

I have been dying for the final installment of Diana's story as book 2 lest you in a cliffhanger. Who will Diana choose, Jasper her old lover or Oliver, her ex-husband.

We have Diana and Oliver going to couples therapy to see if they can make it work. They go on dates and I was rooting for them. At the same time, Diana's project is blowing up and she hasn't shared this project with Oliver.

I love seeing Diana's journey on what she wants. I love how Jasper came back into Diana's life to complicate things.

The scandal at her daughter's school added a fun element that tied in so well with what Diana stands for.

The full cast of narrators (Beth Hicks, Quinn Riley, Hillary Huber, Dawn Harvey, Gabra Zackman, Olivia Mackenzie-Smith, Simone Rothschild) did a great job on this story.

The more of this I read, the more I realize that Diana's story isn't for me.

I can see the appeal for others, and if you are intrigued by the description, or have listened you will enjoy!

I say YES YES YES YES AND YES!!!!!!!!

Not only has Diana been an inspiration, she has evolved throughout the series into someone I wish I knew in real life. I thought I was team Jasper, but I am team OLIVER all the way. I loved how they were able to reconcile and work on themselves and their marriage, each of the character was working on themselves in this book, it was the best way to end the whole series.

I can't end this review without mentioning the spice, as a matter a fact the whole review should be a HUGE FIRE EMOJI..... that's all I will say about that, lol.

Another fun, steamy read about "Dirty Diana" and her adventures! In this one she and Oliver are in therapy and finding their way back to each other. And then there's the "scandal" of the possible sex-ed class being taught to 5th graders. I laughed and cried at their antics but enjoyed every minute of it!

Diana and her husband find themselves back on the therapy couch. This time around Diana feels electric currents when Oliver enters the room. He looks amazing. As depression has lifted it’s as if he finally feels good in his own skin. And it is very sexy. The therapist recommends they begin by simply dating each other. At the same time Dirty Diana’s website is on fire. She has investors and partnerships. There is a wait list for the women who want to share their stories. With movie talks in the works Diana must find the courage to reveal herself to the world. Fast paced, still spicy - marriage, family and friendship - the Diana series has it all. Oliver and Diana discover a new world where second chances really do exist.

In this final installment of the Dirty Diana series, Diana and her husband Oliver both start dating...each other. While going to therapy to work on their marriage and themselves, they begin to rekindle their love and work through their issues. As they reconnect, Diana knows she has to tell Oliver about her project, Dirty Diana, especially since a production company in LA is interested in producing a movie based on her project.

But as Oliver and Diana go to LA to pitch the project and take meetings, Diana runs into Jasper, her first love, old flame and the one she left Oliver for. Will she and Oliver be able to move forward or will Jasper come between them again?

I think I would have appreciated Diana, and Oliver, more had all three books in this series been combined and edited into a single volume. It's a steamy tale of learning about yourself, as well as your partner. I was not a fan of the first book but thought the second had more grist than spice. This last made me actually wonder about Diana's future, and that's a good thing. Thanks to Netgalley for the ARC.

Unfortunately this series started out so high and just couldn’t stay there. Maybe it would have been better as one long book instead of 3 short ones.

Diana Says Yes by Jen Besser is a fresh, heartfelt story about friendship and finding yourself. The characters felt real and relatable, and the humor made the heavier moments easier to take. Besser’s writing has a natural flow that kept me turning the pages without effort.

I requested to read and review this book for free from Dial Press Trade Paperback an Imprint of Random House. This book has some drama, romance, mystery. Diana knows what she wants but will the ones she loves accept her for who she really is. Oliver has many some changes in the last year but the love he has for his wife change for the better or worse? Alicia is a mom but when she needs a break will she get it? Petra has had some changes in her life how will she embrace the changes? Jasper has always been Jasper and done his own thing. Can he continue doing his own thing or will a new journey presents itself. This book is for a mature reader, but can be read anywhere

I am so glad that I got to see how Diana's story ended after reading Dirty Diana. I did miss the middle book but I don't feel I missed out by reading this and missing the second book. I was heartbroken and excited for Diana at the end of Dirty Diana and was glad hoping there would be more to her story and boy oh boy was there. I loved seeing the dynamic between Diana and Oliver change. I loved that they were open and honest with each other. It was refreshing to see a couple that faced hard times work to make their relationship so much more that what it started and almost ended as.

I loved that Diana found success with something she loves. It was refreshing to see a husband support his wife in a career that may not be mainstream.

I recommend reading all the books in this wonderful series.

Diana Says Yes is the final book in the Dirty Diana series and what a way to end it. @jenandshana had been cheeky in a comment on my post for the second book but let me tell you, I did NOT expect that twist 😮‍💨

Overall I just loved the series because it talks about how women can and should embrace their sexuality but Diana Says Yes really drives that message home.

Thanks to @thedialpress and @netgalley for an early look. The book is out on 8/12 so don’t miss it!

If you’ve started the series, keep going and if you haven’t started it yet, there’s a happy ending or several, I promise 😉
