If I were to review this book on writing alone, I'd give Fox 5 stars, It is witty, poignant and funny. But the characters. Isabel is such a whiner, I would have enjoyed this story of grief and loss if I felt more empathy toward Isabel.

While I couldn't really relate to the main character's situations, her feelings of loss and grief are some that anyone can relate to. There was this emotional charge that guided the book which is what made it great,
