I enjoyed the subject matter of the book; how we would communicate science with aliens, given that it is not guaranteed that they will see the universe the same way we do. There is so much we take for granted about how science works, that it was refreshing to read how things could have happened differently. I enjoyed the scenarios and the cartoons. There was some humour in the book, especially in the footnotes, but at times the humour seemed forced. Overall this was an interesting read. Thank you to Netgalley and W. W.
