I received this free eARC novel from NetGalley. This is my honest review.

I've had this book for awhile and finally got around to reading it. It was a very fast read and definitely kept my attention the whole time, making me want more.

I love that Zag and Jessica are complete opposite. Nothing about these two would scream soul mates, but yet here they are, always thinking about each other and not being able to keep their hands off each other.

I did get super frustrated that these two couldn't be open with each other. Either through fear or stubbornness, both wouldn't open up that much and talk about themselves or their lives. Not sure how that makes what they were doing a relationship, but to each their own I guess.

I'm glad I finally got around to reading this story!

This book was so entertaining. I was drawn into the story from the beginning and was involved until the end. The characters were complex and interesting. I found the story to be well paced and engrossing throughout the whole book. I was invested in the couple throughout the book and felt all the emotions through both the highs and lows of the story. The side characters were such an integral part of this story as well. This is the love story i needed to read at this time. If you want an entertaining and well written book this is it for you

Ruthless, a True Brothers MC novel by Gillian Archer is almost too much. Yet, so good! The story has a few unlikely elements and t makes it so much more riveting. How would these two ever meet, get together? Yet you won’t be able to put it down as the story keeps you turning the page to see what will happen next. Excellent!

This book starts off with Jessica Miller sitting through another one of her mother’s dates that she set up for her. Now after listening to this guy ramble on about himself, and drink two bottles of expensive wine which she had to pay for. The topper is the guy is expecting her to drive him home and when she says no he proceeds to start forcing himself on her. Screaming for help a big man saves her and just walks away. Not wanting to be rude she offers him a drink and though he tries to decline she is very persistent. His name is Zag and he is part of a motorcycle club. After the drink, he takes her for a ride on his bike and she is surprised by where he lives. This begins a summer of hiding from her friends and family while she and Zag are having fun and she is becoming more into him by going to some of their parties. Zag cannot believe a girl like Jessica is wanting to be with him, and when she sees a drug deal go down with a rival club but one of their members is part of this makes him more concerned for her safety. The story goes along until one night when she is shot and at the same time he finds out that she is pregnant, and has to tell the doctor at the hospital in front of her parents which he has never met. This is a good story with a lot of emotion and dealing with each one needing to open up to the other. A good book. I got this book from NetGalley. I gave it 4 stars. Received an ARC from NetGalley for an honest review.

Probably 3.5 stars. Zag and Jess were a lot of fun. What starts as a damsel-in-distress situation quickly morphs into more as they start spending more time together. When she's in danger, Zag quickly claims her, vowing to protect her. The love scenes are hot, but there was something about their relationship that didn't click for me until the very end. The same with her friends. I'm not sure how I felt about the way they treated her as she was figuring out this new relationship.

All in all, a pretty good read and I'm definitely interested in reading more about the True Brothers.

To be blunt, I disliked this book, there is nothing about it that I liked, it was nearly a DNF, but I forced myself to read it, and wish I hadn't bothered.

I can't wait for more from this author.
I enjoyed it but I didn't always feel the chemistry with the main characters.
Nonetheless I'm looking forward to more of this author work.

this is the first book in a series of MC books. The MC is not the drug, women and guns type. However, they are not angels either. Told from dual points of view and with an easy style that allows the reader to get to know the characters. Zag and Jessica meet when her rescues her from an over zealous blind date. Jessica wants a walk on the wild side and she spends the night with her hot biker. One night was not enough. Before she knows it, Jessica is in a relationship with said biker. I liked the story because Jessica's thoughts and feelings were realistic. She had doubts about Zag and his lifestyle. In most books, the women seem to just accept everything. Jessica was cautious and held off letting him into her personal life. Zag had his own insecurities and Jessica caught him off guard, too. this was one of the best features of the story. It was more realistic than some. No instant love and a lot of second thought. There was not a lot of unnecessary drama and added conflict.

This book was good. It took me a couple of days to finish this one, but once that I got into the characters and the story, I couldn't put it down.

As always thank you goes first to Random House Loveswept and Netgalley for providing us with a copy of this book so that we can bring you this review. Now I wish I was a part of the True Brothers MC ladies because good lord are they sexy men. Now three best friends fall for 3 of the sexy brothers in the club. Their protectiveness and need to make sure that each of these women are always safe and treated correctly is amazing. Though they are not angels by any means but their views on family and respect are very strong. Also big part of family to them is their club, and no one messes with their club or the people that they want as a part of it.

I can't wait for the next book in the True Brothers series.

I give these books 5 kisses.

Happy Reading... Adri

Jessica Miller: good girl looking to show her gratitude to the big bad biker for coming to her rescue and take a turn on the wild side. Except she gets more than she bargained for.
Zag: big bad biker with a gruff exterior and teddy bear heart.
They communicate best when naked but little by little get to know each other out of bed too.

What a rush and what a darn good story. Archer did a great job of bring Zag, Jessica, Reb, Bobby and the rest of the True Brothers MC to life. A good a story has to have believable characters and characters that are easy for the reader to relate to. So, the author scores points here as well. The True Brothers MC aren't one of those outlaw biker gangs but they don't where halos either. To have the straight laced Jessica stumble in Zag's world changes everything for the both of them. The story is fast paced with a smoking leads and interesting secondary characters. Has a bad guy that I wish made more appearances but when Preacher did show up it was definitely worth the reader's time. Overall, a really good read.
