About the Author:
Philip Schwartz was born in London, England in 1941. After attending secondary modern school, he went to work as a ladies’ hairdresser before opening his own salon. After selling the business, he went back to school to receive his Bachelor’s in Finance. While writing poetry and stories has been a lifelong passion, Schwartz first began doing something with his poetry five years ago, thanks to the encouragement of his wife, Virginia. Schwartz has since given presentations to schools, as well as boys and girls club, in Miami, where he and Virginia currently reside.
