Rahab is a beautiful woman. A strong woman of means. She is also a harlot. This does not take away from her devotion to her family. The family that had sold some of their daughters to slavery. One was even sacrificed to one of their graven gods.
Rahab is also a woman of faith. She hides two Hebrew men in her Inn. They promise her and her family safety in exchange. Without blinking an eye, she agrees. Now her and her family are part of the great multitude of Hebrew.
I enjoyed this story. It gives you an imaginary idea of how things may have happened to Rahab. The Author took great creative freedom with her tale. She gave us a fictional rendition of a great biblical story.
