While The Kentucky Cure is definitely all the things your girlish fantasies are made of, it's moving and raw and relateable in all the best ways.

Elise is a indecisive mess and fears commitment above all things. Her inability to give in to love breaks your heart and you find yourself rooting for her at every turn.

There were some big plot twists early on which were definitely unexpected.

The writing brought Kentucky to life beautifully. You could feel every gist of wind and raindrop.

All in all, I laughed, I cried, and I couldn't put it down. Great romantic read.
