Hers To Control

I think this would be a brilliant book for someone who has never read femdom, it is very descriptive and self explanatory so that works in the author's favour.

A good solid hot story with an intriguing plot. Overall solid writing.

Great book! I have never read a book from the perspective of a female Domme or one that could "switch". Mason was so responsive to Stella. I could not believe that he was able to *+* without Stella even touching him with anything other than a fur paddle. OMG. (Can someone really do that? In real life? Please sign me up!). The book was unique and I never once lost interest. I can't wait to read more from this author.

The sexual tension is unmistakable in Hers to Control by Brandy Schmitt. This powerful novel containing independent, fearless and strong willed women was an enjoyment to read to say the least. I devoured this book by Brandy in a sitting and couldn't put it down.

Mason who overworks himself at his high corporate job might have a heart attack before the age of 40 if he doesn't slow down. When a client decides to hold a meeting/deal at Sublime, a club particular to the kink side, Mason is intrigued. His good friend and only family, Bradley gives him the push he needs to seek membership with the beautiful and co-owner Mistress Stella, but he feels that his job, money is too important for a woman or love.

Stella is one of the owners of Sublime, the ever popular all female -owned BDSM club. "Being the fixer and healer she was..." Stella is considered the mothering Domme in the club , wanting to help men distress from their long work days. So when Mason enters her floor so to speak, she is determined to figure him out. However, a very jealous submissive who wants her attention is lurking in the shadows, will that hinder her to capturing and unleashing Mason to his greatest potential?

I always love a good woman-power BDSM/Domme novel. Stella is one powerful woman. There is another side to her in which I will let you uncover as you read. we don't truly get to know her towards the end, but this book is mainly about the overworked sexy business man Mason. He defiantly needs to get his a$$ swatted a couple of times to relax. The attraction between these two was instant, their connection and flow towards one another was raw and capturing. I am a fan of Brandy Schmitt thanks to this book!
I hope Brandy continues on with the other owners of the club to finding their true love... especially Angel. I would love to read her story!

'Hers To Control' by Brandy Schmitt is the story of Stella Waters and Mason Whitman.
Stella is co-owner of a Club called Sublime, that does Sub/Dom activities. In addition, Stella is also a Dom there
Mason is a business man who met a client at Stella's place. Mason has never been into the Dom/Sub world but when he sees Stella, he finds her everything that his fantasy didn't now he wanted!
Women dominated male subs stories are pretty hot and you don't see them to often. This had some drama in it to give it a little more story line too.
Overall Good Read.

I liked this read. Stella and Mason have great chemistry and the story held my interest throughout. Entertaining read.

I will admit that this is the first book I read with female domination directed towards a male character. I tend to read M/M BDSM books or male dominance. I liked the change. I much prefer the female dominant head space and the different ways that things could go. It is so much less focused on penetration.

I loved Stella. She was a complex character and had a life, she had dreams, she had standards. I however didn't like that she threw them all away for a man she had known for a month. She was clearly not thinking clearly. She became a damsel in distress and risked her own safety multiple times. The Dommes I know would not have put themselves out their in such a dumb way. It made me lose respected for Stella.

The main guy was pretty much your typical straight white douche. He wanted Stella so he did things to get her. He had nothing going for him that made him unique or interesting. He had a body and he was rich, surprise. He was also not willing to respect Stella's boundaries, another surprise. Can you catch the sarcasm? The ending was predictable and boring. There was no mystery who was doing things. Then the last real interactions with Stella and whatever the guy was called (he was that replaceable that I can't remember his name minutes after finishing the book) was just bad.

The book had amazing sex scenes, but they were peppered with spelling and grammar mistakes that were glaring. I did appreciate that condoms were used two out of the three times. There was explicit talk of condoms. That right there got the book and author huge bonus points.

If you are looking for a book with amazing sex scenes with consent and condoms, then yes this book is for you. If you want any sort of plot to go with the scenes, this book isn't right.

This book was very good. I enjoyed the writing. I am looking forward for the next book

Mason's life was focused on work. No family and a goal that drove his every thought he never gave himself a moment to rest. That all changed when he met Mistress Stella. His skeptical views marred their first meeting and he agreed to become a member of her club. Stella is hesitant to become his mistress because she is ready to start a new chapter in her life. She wants to finally achieve her dream of owning a photography studio so she can focus on the other passion that drives her creative soul. The lines becom blurred between Mason and Stella and they become what the other always needed. Loved how thy found one another!

I loved this book.I couldn't even put it down. Awesome characters that makes you fall in love with them and wanting everything to work out for them. Great characters.Great story line.

Hers to Control was my first read by Brandy Schmitt. It was also a new topic for me to read about. Overall I enjoyed the book but I think the ending was wrapped up a little to easy for such a strong character as a Stella.
