"Young or old and no matter our goals or dreams, this very readable book by Amy Charity will give us encouragement to plan and push to the other side of comfortable to make them happen. The cycling chronicles are exciting but it is Amy's story of the perseverance and strategy she used to become the pro-racer she dreamed of being that stays with the reader to the end of the book and beyond. This is a superbly motivational book by a very inspirational woman.”
