FIVE STARS - Flawed characters find the love they desire

This is the second book in the McKinnie Mail Order brides Series, and is able to be read as a stand alone. This is Josephine's story, one that will pull at your heartstrings from the very beginning. josephine, the youngest of the McKinnie sisters suffers a horrible attack and wants to leave her life behind and begin again where no one knows her.

Ms Knight has written a beautiful story of struggle and love. Two people struggling with the events of their past that have completely altered who they are. Josephine and Nathaniel were made for each other. They complimented each other perfectly. It was wonderful to see how they gave one another the strength and love that they both desired.

This was definitely a book that i could not put down. I enjoyed it so much that I am off to read the first book in the series, Love On The Prairie. I would definitely recommend this one to anyone who enjoys romance, angst and strong characters.

FIVE STARS - Loved the characters! Loved the book!

The McKinnie sisters all suffered because of the war, but none more than Josephine. After reading the first book in the series, my heart already ached for her. I was so grateful that her story was second. I really wanted her to find happiness and love, and I was glad I didn’t have to wait long.

Nathaniel and Josephine are perfect for each other! They are both filled with goodness and have incredible hearts. Both have suffered and struggle with secrets they believe will cause the other to reject them. I loved the acceptance between them and the strength they gave each other. These are characters that I will remember for a long time.

I loved the book! The story tugged at my heart and kept me on the edge of my seat. I was so invested in the story and just had to know what happened. I couldn’t get myself to stop reading, and finished at 2am. I can’t wait for the next book in the series!!

FIVE STARS - the perfect couple, both with flaws they perceive are insurmountable

Nathaniel and Josephine, the perfect couple, both with flaws they perceive are insurmountable. A true and lasting love that is beaten and battered by outside forces. This book literally kept me on the edge of my seat. I was holding my breath to see what would happen next. A rude and vindictive mother, a bought and paid for sheriff, an evil mayor and the poor townsfolk and farmers caught in the middle. It's a beautiful story of strength and forgiveness. This is the second book in the series and it's as compelling as the first, if not more. I can't wait to see what becomes of the rest of the sisters.

FIVE STARS -  Love for Josephine

Love in the Rockies by Ciara Knight is a wonderful addition to the McKinnie Mail Order Brides series.
The story takes you a roller coaster ride of emotions. Josephine, is the youngest of the McKinnie sisters. After a horrible attack, she
wants to leave Georgia. She will become a mail order bride for a man, Nathaniel in Colorado.
It is a touching love story. Two people that have their own secret.
Can love win in the end for Josephine
& Nathaniel?
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR EVERYONE TO READ!!

FIVE STARS - I Couldn't Put it Down

This is the 2nd book in the McKinnie Mail Order Brides Series. This is Josephine's story. You can read this book without reading the first book as the author provides enough detail of the back story. I was happy to see the story was about Josephine the youngest sister. I wanted to learn more about her. Josephine sets off to Colorado where she meets her husband Nathanial. They both live with some deep secrets that they are afraid to share. The dynamics of the family is a rollercoaster and filled with surprises. I loved the book and characters. I highly recommend reading the series as you won't want to put it down.
