I was grateful to receive a free copy of The Queen of Paradise Valley in exchange for an honest review. My

This was a quick and easy read. I loved the beginning, and the energy between Diana and Del the night her father caught them was really well done.

From that point.on, I could not stand Diana. She was cruel, abusive, mistrustful of Del, and didn't deserve him. Why Del would keep putting up with her is beyond me.

Diana repeatedly made choices that caused her friends, neighbors, and employees to get hurt. Again, why would anyone want to be a part of Diana's life?

The book was well written, but based on my dislike for Diana, I gave it three stars.

Complementary copy given for honest review and opinion.

Adult historical read from years past. Interesting story. Back and forth a bit with slow start but a good read.
