This was an awesome read, introducing readers to exotic creatures of our planet's distant past, and provides plenty of info about the time period and the beasties themselves. I love paleontology, so this was perfect! I even learned some new info myself! I had no idea there were so many types of trilobites, or how long they persisted as a species. Perfect for the budding paleontologists in your life, or any who love dinosaurs and prehistory.
